Today on 21/06/2023 I got 20 no deposit free spins from Duxcasino for my birthday on slot Named Birthday.
I won usd 2.16 from those 20 no deposit free spins, wagering requirement for the free spins win was usd 64.08.
I completed the wagering for the 20 no deposit free spins and I got a pop up on my account informing me that wagering is complete and I also checked the bonus tab and there also it was showing that the wagering was completed.
I requested withdrawal for usd 30 since I had completed the wagering for the 20 no deposit free spins bonus I got today, but Dux casino rejected my withdrawal request and told me that I still needed to wager usd 120 for the three deposits I made of usd 20 each totalling usd 60 on my account till date that I have already lost, the deposits I made few months ago.They told me I have to wager my total deposit usd 60 3 times and they gave me the usd 120 as the amount still needed to wager.
I asked them why I need to wager the deposits that I made months ago which I had already lost and didn't even win anything or cashed out from the deposits that I made, they told me I have to do it to avoid money laundering.That is ridiculous all the usd 60 that I deposited I have lost so why would I wager my deposits that I lost!?
They forced me to wager another usd 120 for my deposits that I made.I wagered the remaining usd 120 and then I talked to their chat support , chat agent confirmed that my withdrawal should be processed now since I completed the remaining wagering of usd 120.After I wagered the required usd 120 I had usd 50.17 on my account.
I requested withdrawal of usd 50 .This was third time I requested withdrawal, after talking to their chat support and getting the confirmation.
Again my withdrawal request was rejected by their finance email support for the third time and again they told me I had to wager usd 120.
I emailed them with screenshots of proof that shows that I had already wagered the required amount.
Kindly avoid this scam casino at all cost!!

Unprofessional apart from few exceptions
The only reason they get the 2 stars is because of 2 people in support. Namely IAN and Helen
I ha e a temporary lock on my account due to an exaggeration u had used on the chat.. sfter a series of frustrating problems caused by the casino..
So after I managed to fix the issues my self verify a deposit in a currency I hadn't used for a while .. thus I couldn't find the exact receipt. But my bank provided after some time (/they rejected a 500 euro withdrawal because of a 20 usd deposit done months ago)
Anyhow after I found all the documents and in the middle of wagering a bonus (turned a 2 euro winning to 47! My account gets locked.
My problem is the unprofessionally of the relevant department (risks and payments) that does not reply in time and doesn't even Read my concerns and issues I raise on the emails.
Really if it wasn't for the above mentioned people i wouldn't ever visit again.
I am still waiting for a reply from the unprofessional responsible gambling team
It is understood that the exaggerations I had used in chat might have been alarming but seen within context it's obvious that it doesn't have any merit or close to the truth .
What is annoying is how unflexible and incompetent to provide any reasoning and take a calculated decision ESPECIALLY ON TIME based on all facts rather than a cherry picking

Deposit not added to balance
Even though their website states the deposit will be added instantly, my deposit has still not been added to my balance after a full day. Everything is handled on the payment provider side, but they refuse to add the balance. Live chat really does not want to help and just keeps stating they are handling it, but can't give a timeframe.
I have no faith on getting back my money, but I will update this review if it somehow does.
Edit: Another week later still nothing. DO NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT HERE!!

I deposited €100 per day for three days in a row, for a total of €300, and played many different games. I never won anything, only got smaller winnings that were below my bet. When I read the comments here I see that it was not only the case for me. I know the casino is gambling, but there must be the possibility to win and at 300€ you have to win something. This has nothing to do with casino for me. Even many months before I have always deposited something, a total of more than 500 € and even then I have never won anything. That is not a casino. Hands off!
