I was shocked by the general price hike in double glaze products and almost shelved the replacement of 30 year old timber door and window. Somehow I found DWD and got an online quote. Dropped in the see Adam and view their workshop and was impressed with the quality and price. Very competitive price. Very quick turn round, and installed perfectly. My tenants are so pleased .. they can now close their door easily and open their window. Great job, thank you DWD ESPECIALLY ADAM.

Direct windows came and measured for new doors in July 21 explained it would be 6months before they would be ready,Martin was lovely who was the representative.
The men came on Friday 29th January.The 2guys were lovely and very efficient took 2 hours to fit back and front door and may I add to a high standard.Very pleased and highly recommend Direct Windows.The guy who fitted was Jevon Orritt and Simon who works with him,thanks guys!

Just had my front door fitted today order number 54378 the sales man was very helpful not at all pushy
The man came to measure within 2 days then I received a fitting date within a week the fitter today was professional cleaned up took away all rubbish and very polite i have and will recommend this company and my door Looks and works beautifully
