The purchase process was easy and…

The purchase process was easy and client assistance was very good as I was given a lot of info and all my requests were answered swiftly and effectively. The range of items both in stock and on order is large.

Shame that delivery was expensive for what it was (a box the size of half a shoe box for almost 80 euro) and took a week to come through. Other then this, I would recommend

Good webstore, great communication, and perfect service

I placed a shipment (toilets) from DWELLI, our communication prior to the order was great, timely response to all my emails; the shipments arrived within the specified time frame, but sadly one of the toilets was damaged. Again a real great response on my request for replacement, which arrived within a few weeks. I have very positive reviews for DWELLI, if I could give 6 stars I would!!!
