I purchased Dymatize ISO100 Gourmet Vanilla.

On multiple occasions (at least 3 times), I found hard white plastic pieces in my shake after mixing the powder with liquid. These were nail-sized hard plastic strips, not part of packaging or sealing. I may have ingested some of these pieces.

I use Dymatize ISO 100 (932 g - 2.2 kg) for 5 months. All this time I bought it in Latvia store. During 5 months training and drinking many bottles of it, not a single improvement in a muscle grow. I can say, that even a simple gainer, like Weider Mega Mass 2000 works much, much better than ISO100. It provided very good results in muscle grow (when I was using it some years ago). So, you will not change my mind, that during 5 months there should not be visual improvements in muscle grow.
P.S. I am not a beginner in sports (15 years training experience)

Flavour was great, service was fast. However, VERY disappointed with the massive plastic container only filled less than a 1/4 full.
