Mr, Mark Raymond / Logistic manager / Dynamic express logistic - is a complete scammer. I purchased €120 worth of products that were never delivered, and the seller directed me to Dynamic Express Logistics, which claimed my shipment was being held by German customs. They demanded an additional €70 “refundable customs fee” to supposedly bypass customs, provided no official documentation, and repeatedly changed the personal bank accounts where payment was to be sent. I reported the transaction to Wise, which subsequently confirmed it had blocked the original payment recipient from receiving further transfers. Based on my experience, I strongly suspect this is an advance-fee scam and would caution others against sending money.

After paying for a purchase via Zelle, this fake transport entity steps in and continuously demands more money for fake "required tobacco licenses," customs clearance, or refundable insurance. It is a complete shake-down operation. No package exists. Do not send them any money!
