A good idea disappointingly executed. STAY AWAY

A good idea disappointingly executed by arrogant developers. I made the mistake of buying a 3 year membership and have waiting for over a year for them to develop a consumer friendly product. I have lost hope that they ever will. A simple example is the outstandingly complex password requirements including a MINIMIUM of 12 characters. Relatively speaking, there is nothing in a dynarisk account that requires such a complex password and I have suggested numerous times they drop the requirement down to 8 characters, but instead they suggest a password program (which of course decreases one's security!). If you ever get past their login, you will be bored to tears with redundant assessments with questions that you have already answered previously. These don't even load correctly sometimes. You will receive emails that offer specific security steps but first you have to log in and go through these assessments and still not be clear on how to accomplish the recommendation they emailed about in the first place. Why not just make it simple to accomplish the suggested update or what not? In short, the developers seem to not care about their customers time and ease of use to the point their product is barley usable. They do not give refunds (of course). So after a year, I have transitioned from providing feedback to them directly to warning people to not waste their time and money like I have.
