Easy to book and the appointment given very fast!
The engineer (Roland) unblocked the manhole and cleared a very stubborn blockage, that the engineers at ThamesWater had failed to unblock.
Highly recommend!

Dyno Rod have been absolutely brilliant in every way since I made contact with them, going above and beyond to make sure my problem is taken care of. Communication has been excellent through out and the man that turned up to do the job was very polite and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

In comparison I had no end of trouble with another coMpany of a similar namE and in acTual fact aRe still waiting fOr a call back when one of their directors is available, a year later and I’m still waiting.

The Dyno-rod engineer - Daniel Rumsey, was simply first rate. He cleared a difficult blockage to my storm drain which comprised a lot of silt and roots. Daniel worked tirelessly to clear the drain and confirm all was well using the CCTV camera. He was extremely courteous and remained very professional throughout the entire process despite the poor weather conditions.
Taylor from the Dyno-rod back office support was particularly helpful and most professional.
I would certainly recommend Dyno-rod for all drainage clearance work.

Both engineers were helpful and polite. I was updated 15 minutes before they arrived.
I had 2 visits, as the first engineer advised we call the water company to clear a drain that was not yet completely blocked, but would block eventually, which I did, and the water company did that no charge. Then a second Dyno visit to complete the survey, and clean our drains.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. No fuss booking system, getting a date & time that suits me quickly. Received a call on the day to be offered an earlier time if that suited me and then a call shortly before they arrived. Technicians were friendly and informative, offering advice for future issues and answering any questions we had. They resolved all our issues quickly and with due care & attention. Highly recommend!!

Jadey came out on two occasions for a problem with our drain. She never gave up! The most positive, hardworking, professional person you could hope to meet. She was knowledgeable and can-do, and when finally a little stumped, phoned for support. She finally got to the bottom of the problem, and left us problem free, even cleaning up after herself.
I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you ! 🤩

We had an investigative appointment to sort out a blockage in the bathroom wash basin. He was very thorough, drew diagrams to explain what the problem and pointed us in the right direction to get it fixed. He could not have been more helpful.

Lots of empty promises on time, engineer arrived at 4pm for a morning appt, no communication from anyone and it was me chasing to find out what was going on, awful service and no one in the offices seemed to care, 4 phone calls, saving grace was engineer was great but won't use again

Quick and efficient service which comes with a two month guarantee. Man was polite friendly and chatty even thou it was raining. He didn’t accept my cuppa thou but he looked fit in his combats! 😉

Michael cox came to fix my blocked toilet at Padstow MK6 2ER today and he did a great job at the same time explained the process clearly. He listened carefully, assuring me that it would be sorted, and he did sort it out.He's an asset to the company and I would recommend Dyno Rod company anytime again. Great team work

The chap was polite, quick to resolve our issue and gave us honest advice for ongoing maintenance.

Really friendly and efficient. He communicated with us the whole time and explained what he was doing. Super friendly guy and helped us with an emergency blocked drain that our neighbour had caused. He came out on the weekend just before the heatwave hit, got knows what states the drive would have been in had it been left.
