Aaron provided an excellent service in replacing a radiator and sink mixer tap. He fully respected our house by wearing shoe protectors without us asking him to do that. Aaron kept us informed as to how things were progressing throughout. He was a friendly and approachable engineer. He left the site in a very clean condition. We would highly recommend using this Company and in particular Aaron to do any plumbing work.

The technician that came was just great! He was patient, skilled and was very helpful. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because he cleared the blockage in our drains brilliantly!
However I was hoping he could assist with the washers that needed to be replaced under the sink as the pipes are dripping a bit there, but he didn’t have the washers in his van. But maybe that wasn’t down to him to do?

Great support in trying to look beyond the easy/short term fix and really diagnosing and resolving the problem. Cleared up afterwards and has left things in good order.

Had Dyno rod call out today as we have an issue with our shower drain and a smell coming through it. The person who came was really helpful and polite. Tried to investigate as thoroughly as he could and recommended next steps. He was here about 45 minutes and we were charged £200 which I thought was extortionate given no work was actually done.
Just to add to this, Dyno-Rod believe £200 for 45 minutes work is justified and acceptable. Please be warned and wary about booking an appointment with them.

My call was answered immediately and I was reassured that the drains blockage would be attended to asap and that it had been listed as urgent. As it was Saturday evening, I was pleased and surprised when the engineer arrived within an hour. The job was not straightforward as the blockage was not below my home, but the engineer located and cleared it. He answered all my questions clearly and explained the job step by step, using the camera to show where the blockage was. He was extremely polite, friendly and respectful of my home. The job involved speaking to my neighbours and briefly accessing their property and the engineer was equally courteous with them. He also gave me very helpful advice about avoiding future problems. It was a surprisingly stress free experience and I don’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I had a lovely gentleman Frank who came to my flat on 14th July to fix a complicated job and he really went out of his way to help me and to fix the problem. He was a very helpful and kind gentleman. Would highly recommend this service

Agent did a fantastic job inside one hour. Was communicative and helpful with my questions and when asked was able to get camera down drain and show me flow towards main exit pipe. Very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.

We had a team of two people come and sort out a blockage in our drains. They used a jet spray and camera to investigate. Both men were professional, efficient and very friendly. They suggested I take notes, a pic of the image from their camera - so we can can sort out any future blockages quicker and easier

A very poor interaction with Dyno-Rod who I thought were the best, I called them to unblock my toilet in my flat, they were onsite for hours, the engineers equipment failed, ran out of battery power and his other piece of equipment also failed, he had to wait for a colleague to come with replacement tools but after nearly 4 hours they could not unblock toilet. They took the money and stated it was a requirement to return and remove the toilet for further investigation, I was recently discharged from hospital with a knee replacement, I was left with no working toilet and had to use the basement facilities and I'm on the top floor. Frustrated I contacted the building management who instructed a different company to attend, Philbys group, a young engineer attended and solved the problem within 40 mins, if your requiring this service in central London please let Mo from Philbys group deal with it, I've raised concerns with the Dyno-Rod local management Steve from the local Dyno-Rod office, Rishabhdev Care Services Ltd, he is pursuing an investigation with no rush to resolve, he knows or has been advised, its 8 weeks post vist or a deadlock letter before you can go to utilities ADR, why would professional tradesmen allow it to go that far? Very disappointed and from a personal level I would be very careful about employing thier services without a second opinion or if in central London from Philby's Group. I will keep things here updated as Steve continues with his investigation.

I had a blocked gulley in my lightwell. Martin, the engineer who attended was super helpful. He patiently unblocked my gulley and also cleaned up the whole lightwell. Thanks to him the water now flows well!

It took 3 visits to solve the problem. The first 2 visit we felt were not very helpful however the guys that came today, Jude and another young man were brilliant. Helpful and sorted out the problem. Thank you

Very disappointing service. Dyno-Rod booked an appointment for 11 June 2026 between 09:50 and 13:50, but nobody turned up. I received no phone call, no update, and no explanation. I wasted half a day waiting at home for an engineer who never arrived. Customers deserve better communication and professionalism. Based on my experience, Dyno-Rod showed little responsibility or respect for their customer's time.

We have insurance cover under British Gas, who arranged for Dyno Rod to come out to fix a blocked sink. The person they sent came for a couple of minutes, fixed the blockage but in doing so broke the pipe under the sink so that it leaked all over the kitchen floor whenever turned on. We immediately called Dyno Rod who arranged for someone else to come the next day. The person sent the next day said the previous engineer had done such damage they would need to order a specialist part to fix. They were unable to provide any indication of how long this would take and in the meantime left us with a leaking sink. While waiting for them to arrange the special part, we paid for a different plumber to put some temporary sealant around the pipe so we did not have continual leaking while we waited. When the Dyno Rod engineer returned he was incredibly rude and surly, for no reason, and refused to do the work because someone else had touched the sink (ie added sealant). An absolute cop out given Dyno Rod were responsible for the damage in the first place.

The operative was really helpful and cleared the blockage. He was excellent.

Polite and friendly sorted , cleaned up and resolved problem within half an hour.
