Carl and Sam from DynoRod were brilliant.They arrived at the time they had previously advised and were friendly considerate and very professional telling us at the start what they were going to do and keeping us informed throughout.Once completed they asked us to check we were happy with what they had done before wishing us well and departing.I cannot praise them enough -a great credit to Dyno Rod who I strongly recommend.Thank you Dyno Rod !!

Matthew from Dyno-Rod came this morning and fixed my blocked sink in the kitchen. He called to say he was on his way, was very friendly and explained what he was doing along the way. Wonderful service and happy it is fixed again.

After moving into a house that had been vacant for a year we’ve used Dynorod twice now. Both at weekends, both times the problem was explained well and dealt with in both visits promptly- reasonable cost which you are told upfront nothings hidden - I hope I won’t need to use again too soon but if needed they can definitely be counted on !

We found a blockage late afternoon on Tuesday and Matthew was with us Wednesday morning before 9 and had everything sorted, unblocked, clean and tidy in less than half an hour.

I was really pleased with the whole process.

Called the company and they came out within a couple of hours and told us on the phone the upfront cost and when they arrived they found the problem and sorted it very quickly and explained what they done.
