Very efficient service. Came same day within three hours of my phone call for a blockage in the drain. Problem fixed straightaway by a very pleasant young man who gave me handy advice regarding any future problems.

Bradley was faced with a difficult task … a tight parking spot, a drain almost out of reach and completely blocked but he managed it all and with a smile

Bradley the engineer was brilliant. He was able to locate the blockage and cleared it. He then tested it to ensure that everything was clear and then suggested ways to prevent the situation happening again.
I was very pleased and will go ahead with his suggestions. Very much recommended

Fantastic Service.
Rhys - the Dyno-Rod engineer who visited our home to fix a leaking radiator valve was excellent. He was so kind and gracious. Very prompt and polite. His service was simply brilliant. He even took the time to ring British Gas to see if he could get someone to fix our Hive Thermostat as the dial is temperamental and disconnecting. Me and my family just want to put it out there just how fantastic his customer service was/is.
