Brilliant and timely service from…
Brilliant and timely service from Lewis. We were kept updated from start to finish and it was completely pain-free. Lewis helped us understand what would be covered by our insurance and was meticulous in finding the source of the leak and putting in a proper fix rather than a ‘quick’ job.

Toilet replacement
I had to take one star off because the toilet was broken when it was opened. The plumber went to pick up a new one which meant it could be fitted today which I needed. The plumber Paul deserved 5 star was friendly and helpful, he worked really hard and because he was prepared to go collect replacement I didn't have to be without a toilet.

I was kept informed from beginning to end. Had a call late afternoon from plumber who was about 3 hours away but we had isolated the water leak and was willing to wait until sunday morning when a local plumber would be available. Happy with that. Plumber came sunday morning and fixed the leak. Good service. Well done.

We had a leaking pipe which needed replacing. The engineer was EXTREMELY fast and efficient. Friendly and did a fantastic job. Had all the tools with him and fixed the job perfectly. Very happy! Thankyou!

Very helpful and knowledgeable team who really went the extra mile to help when our hot water tank started leaking. They were the cheapest quote and the work they carried out was to a very high standard, identifying another potential problem and repairing it for no extra cost.

Extremely happy with their service and speed of repairs.
Used via my home insurance for a leaking stop tap. Plumber rang to say he would be with me within 15 minutes and he was. Took less than 10 minutes to fix the leak.
Very friendly, informative and professional.
