Dyno Rod attended the job through my British Gas Drains cover. When they arrived their engineer was very offish. No kindness or professional. He then said he can't clear the blockage because there was RUBBLE in the drain. We took pics and there was no RUBBLE. He told British gas the same without ANY PROOF. Second time British gas send a Dyno Rod engineer out, the man was nice but he charged us £150, to clear the blockage. What's the point of me paying £17 a month, for years? This is drumming up extra business!! Utter joke.

Dan was very pleasant, prompt and professional and, most importantly, sorted out the problem .

Very straightforward on-line booking and an engineer was available the next working day. Had a call from the office on the morning of the visit to confirm the appointment and a call later from the engineer to say that he was on his way.

The engineer was polite and friendly and sorted the problem out in less than an hour.

I thought the price (£190) was very reasonable for excellent service.

Adam turned up on time with a courtesy call beforehand, was very polite, sourced the problem, cleared the drains, cleaned the surrounding area afterwards and drains are flowing again.

Had a problem with my elderly parents drains. Called Dyno-Rod and they arrived within a couple of hours which was excellent. The representative who came out was a man called Dan. I cannot praise this guy enough. He communicated his arrival time, was excellent in dealing not only with the drain issue but my vulnerable parents too. After the blockage was cleared he gave me a call to assure me all was sorted for the conclusion. I didn’t expect this level of service and it came as a breath of fresh air! He’s an absolute credit to the organisation, and if anything else arises, if possible, I’ll be asking for Dan again. Literally cannot rate him highly enough. Thank you Dan!

Both my upstairs toilets were blocked. A chap from Dyno came out to take a look and quote. Issue in the soil stack, and as I didn't have rodding access points (old house), he'd have to come back with the right kit to make access.

He came back a few days later, made access and cleared the blockage. Unfortunately whilst checking the rest of the pipes, his camera got caught and he couldn't pull it back out of the pipe.

It turned out that the camera had gone round the u-bend in one of the toilets, damaging it in the process of trying to pull it out. He rang his boss, who said he'd be round later that day to remedy things.

His boss (Kris), turned up later that day as promised and installed a brand new toilet to replace the damaged one. Thoroughly nice guy too!

So in summary, sometimes things go wrong, that's just a part of life. But the ownership of that problem, and speedy, satisfactory, resolution, really shows a high level of customer service that is so rare these days.

Easy to use website. Booked appointment on day of my choice. Engineer phoned to advise en route. Attended when expected. Pleasant, helpful, listened to the issues we faced. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Worked tidily. Completed everything within 1 hour.

I contacted Dyno rod based at Reading on line to have an outside drain cleared, they gave me a time slot for the following day. The engineer arrived exactly on time. He was friendly and efficient, got the job done in no time. He even made a fuss of my dogs 😁 I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
