Worst customer service ever. The product we received, which was supposed to be brand new, was dirty and defective. We sent it back five weeks ago, and we still haven’t received a new one or an emai... See more

I wasn’t really following the company’s activity or products before, but since we have a huge house and the floors are French “pomme” type which is extremely hard to wash, I decided I need to check what Dyson has there - and surprise, they have just issued the washing nozzle one (v15s). I got it and I must tell you my house cleaning from “ok, enough for today” turned into “oh, let’s clean also there and there, well, I can also clean this and this” - it’s pure pleasure and simplicity 🥹💫💃🪩. This is what I call love or humanity towards itself - we finally learn how to do things with minimum efforts and tiredness.
