Tragedy of a company, never order directly from dyson.lt
Tragedy of a company, non existent customer service empathy and still ongoing 5 month period of trying to return money for the item. Each step is welcomed with their: - please wait 3-4 days; when parcel doesn't arrive for 2 months and after countless emails and help from ECC they send you another one ( different product! because that one is already sold out :) ) and as you return it, it get's magically stuck again in their location country and dyson is once again not contacting to open investigation or inquire about missing parcel for OVER A MONTH.
