Poor delivery.
Placed my first order as the website seemed reputable and high trustpilot score. I ordered 2x 100ml eliquid on 24 July.
26 July - apparently it has been despatched from the seller, and still today there is 0 progress, but the delivery should be up to 5 days as mentioned on the website, it has now been over a week and not a single update from 26 July.

The ordering and delivery were spot on
The ordering and delivery were spot on! Unfortunately the item I ordered is faulty, there’s no pull on the Voopoo pen. I emailed customer service and had a response back from Pinky. I was told that next time I made an order I would receive a free one. I already have 2 so I’m in no need of ordering anymore just yet. I have actually been informed by Voopoo customer service that they will be discontinuing the item in question. I have to emphasise that it’s not E-Cig Clouds error. I was just unlucky to get a faulty item.

Never received one of batteries i ordered, contacted company and they refuse to acknowledge that it was missing. Avoid using unless you want your money stolen.

Excellent service.
I ordered 20 bottles of a product, and very helpfully recieved a call- telling me they only had 10 in stock. I enquired if could make the order up to 20, with a lower strength - same flavour. They duly obligued and added 2 bottles gratis. Excellent service and customer rapport.
