Disastrous. I went here with my 7 children on our family trip to France! 🇫🇷 We were expecting a cute little family shop but instead we see this terrible, dastardly, mouldy, rotting, smelly shop. My youngest, Haeghleigh, got sick from a baguette from this ridiculous shop!! And, as the absolute cherry ontop of this AWFUL experience, my shopping trolley got thrown into the window by a local having a psychotic breakdown!! AND!! The cashier is the cause of my Dear husband, Andrews, death!! And To finish, a bear broke into the shop and broke my pot of jam!! Truly disappointed. 😡😡😡

I ordered a brand new iPad by Apple. Never delivered ! Leclerc subcontracted the supply to another company in Romania in Bucharest... Although I am French and the hypermarket is in the neighborhood. Crooks and swindlers..... DO NOT TRUST !!!!!

I bought diesel at this most dirty station 2 days ago,never seen a dirtier station in my life,I buy first for 90 euro then after bulbulling it stops ,so I add again funds and it continues pumping,and while me looking at the screen my camping car was ful but the pistol didnt stop pumping ending up dirty everywhere,when I called them they just made fun off me with Lies and no refund ,horror bensin station pedro Belmont or what ever you are learn to say sorry

Leclerc Parthenay ... on our last visit, doughnuts priced at €3.99, but we were charged €4.90. This time, avocados €0.79 each, or €1.30 for two. We bought two ... but were charged €1.58. Melons in their catalogue: €1.69 ... cheapest we could find there was €1.89. Stupidity or dishonesty? On the plus side, in Lidl we saw banners stating Lidl is the cheapest supermarket ,.. but much at Leclerc is cheaper!

If it were possible to give zero stars I'd chose that option.
Being a long time customer before the middle store was taken over first by CORE and then Leclerc it is simply despicable. Actually there's never ever something in store. Require the manager: if you do not speack French he'll pass you- well runs away. Try getting someone on the phone they'll hang up. Oh their massive return urgenccies is frightening. Going through their promotions one might think_ well that's worth it - to find an ERRATUM note underneath. Actually all is a big fat lie. According to their website they have 2 floors, loaded with outdoors, high tech, children and animal care. They can not supply one floor.Heading for Cheddar, Feta? Be sure to be there monday afternoon . I was told they were refurbished 2 a week- Monday and Saturday. H/E if you head there on those days before noon( recall they open at 7am) you'll find nothing.Wednesdays: the fish los more tired than you after a huge hangover. I was expelled for my dog did not fit into the gallery- well they call it a gallery. For 9 years I see dogs attached obviously outside the grocery- leaving a dog in a car is no option for me, so as it is for no one. I was expelled. The tiny one could even enter frocery- which is a no go. police officers come with their TO BE TRAINED DOGS- so NOT IN SERVICE- drink coffee eat their pastry and all is fine. That said those dogs are not attached. When tryng to ask why it was ok for them to be in the gallery- well you have to go run this fast, as gallery states sth else, I got a blunt answer: they are police dogs. OK: but on their collar it stasted: do not touch. So those dogs were just there cause the manager might- I wrote might - have sth to hide. His incapacitiy. As the officer told me: I do not get the point. Your as just the other dogs are outside. No one dares to pick up a phone by now- silly acrtually. Remove the manager, adapt to a melting pot of people, especially in this region, do not focus on french brands. Actually you are located in a very huge meltinh pot of people.
Did you ever consider this? Hanging up on people is a no go. Getting yelled at by cashiers is a no go. Empty shelves is a no go. Pretending to have 2 flors is a blunt lie.

Twice now I have been overcharged - the shelf price does not match the price charged at the till. Be very careful to check everything at this store !!! I won’t get caught out again now.

Blocked 120 euros and cleaned out the account despite rejecting the card. And now have to wait 14 days before Revolut reverts it - DO NOT use these scammers for fueling up your car, you will regret it.

We are visiting for 3 weeks from the UK and we're disgusted with the "regles" of this supermarket in Les Herbiers. We went in the -10 articles checkout with my wife and 6 year old son only to be told that only 3 people are allowed in the area as it is a rule of the supermarket...bearing in mind the whole area was empty, but the girls insisted..so we sent our 6 year old son out who because id this became upset shouting that he hates Leclerc, hates France and is never coming back...I'm afraid we have to agree with him that such stupid rules that lack any common sense and even worse that staff can't see that it is not common sense...if this really is your rules Leclerc then shame on you!!!! 3 adults we understand but not like our situation..

To confirm, I always speak french when I'm in France. I'm not perfect and often make mistakes but I work hard to converse in the local language.

Today, at the local E.Lercerc petrol station my card wouldn't work and after several times I went to the cashier to politely ask if she might know the reason (was it my card or their machine)?

Her response was beyond rude. She just said I'd blocked the machine and when I apologised and asked her to repeat what she said she just turned her head away and blanked me! Was she having a bad day, does she not like foreign customers?

Luckily a younger assistant came over and was very helpful. She said she wasn't sure what the problem might have been but it's worth waiting a few minutes and trying again. Which I did and it worked fine. phew!

We are a summer holiday rental business operating outside of Bergerac. We have been recommending the car rental branch to our clients in order for them to avoid the very high pricing at the local airport. However, we will no longer be doing so as the customer service level is absolutely disgraceful. The staff are consistently lazy, rude and in no way customer orientated. When the advertised closing time is 18:00 and our client arrives at 17:45 to be told that he cannot get his minibus because the staff want to leave at 18:00 then this is really bad. We were forced to make two trips to pick him and his family up and then drive them back two days later to fetch their minibus. When the staff are too lazy to check the fuel gauge of the returning vehicle and instead insist on calling the local petrol station to make sure our clients are not lying about filling up, that is really bad.

No, from now on we will take our business and recommendations elsewhere. I have no doubt that the company will not even bother to respond or correct or improve, a reall throwback to the 1970's level of apathy.

Do not use these fuel stations!!!! They blocked 663€ on my bank account and I couldn't even get fuel, I got the money back after 21 DAYS, DO NOT USE THESE FILLING STATIONS,THIS IS A CRIMINAL ORGANISATION, DO NOT FILL UP HERE, they are cheap but don't fall into this trap pay a little more but do not use them, customer service say they will call you back but they don't, I researched the company, and now I know why they are cheap, DO NOT USE THERE FUEL STATIONS

Really grabbing band Leclerc station 🚉 layers . Taken money for month blocked for authorization. Scammers!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars.. Used the fuel station and had £170 in my account. Transaction got declined as I didn’t have 200 euros in my account but they still took all of what I had in there!! So now zero. I then transferred £170 in there (all I could do), tried again and got declined again same issue so now I’m out of pocket for £350!! This is crazy and was more than 24 hours ago, still no refund.. who do i complain to??

I was in Charans on vacation. Paid £135 for 20.10 euros worth of lpg. Paid with a debit card. Bank send text immediately to say i had paid 135 GBP. I went into supermarket as garage unmanned. Customer service said they take THE whole available amount off the card. Didnt give a damn about the fact that I had a receipt and was clearly the victim of overcharging. The customer service is appalling they couldnt of cared less and dismissed me as if I was a nuisance. There is surely a law against taking large amounts out of peoples accounts and keeping it for several days. It is called THEFT. This company has annual turnover of 43.9 billion!!

I had a bad experience E.Leclerc Express Joue-les-tours, with an employee (Cashier) named may be Nella, (Spelled may be not correct). Middle aged fair woman. The first time I went there and because of payment problem at the automatic machine and didn't speak French, I called her over with a hand gesture and said PLEASE, she came over and angrily advised me to say "S'il vous plait" . That time I was new in France. Every time I have encountered by her since then, she has shown her bad attitude through body language. Sometimes I lose interest in buying products from E.Leclerc Express Joue-les-tours just because of only her. Today I met a senior staff there and asked if there is complain box and discussed about it but I don't know if they will take action or not but her attitude is really really disgusting. At first I thought it was normal but day by day her racism attitude forced me to write about it. I am drawing the attention of higher officials. I think she is totally unqualified for that position as direct customer service. Please train your staff how to treat customers otherwise put up the sign saying "Those who can't speak French they are prohibited to buy goods from E.Leclerc".

Horrible encounter. Our journey from Toulouse to Bordeaux led us to choose the E.Leclerc station for refueling. They held 150 EUR initially, even though we only purchased 60 EUR worth of fuel. Consequently, I didn't receive the remaining amount that should have been returned to me.

Went in LECLERC RIVIERES on our journey back to roscoff, after in putting out card at the self service fuel we realised it was not the fuel we needed so nothing was purchased on checking my bank account this morning i now have a pending payment equivalent to 1000 euros, you can only imagine my horror .. contacted my bank who say contact their customer services … cannot get any information stay away from these pumps so hope the money will go back into my account
