No After Sales Service, not even response

I wanted to replace a music system that was stolen years ago. So I shopped around and ended up with this company having the best price for what I wanted. Pre sales was fast and efficient, delivery of the products was also fast, so in that they get 2 stars. However the problems started with a promised installation which they charged me for, about R2,000.00. In my area there is only one installer and he refused to do it because I did not buy locally. So Epiphany contacted me to say it was going to be about R7,000.00 to get someone from Johannesburg to come and do it. I was maxed out and told them I would do it myself. So at a ripe old age there I am crawling around the roof rafters in the attic running wires and drilling holes, something with a bad back and other health issues that I really did not want to do, but I was left with no choice after empty promises were made that they could do the installation at a similar fee as the local guy, who was more expensive. They did refund me the installation fee. However, just before year end I contacted them to say that I was unhappy with the main unit and asked if I could return it for an more expensive model, even though I really didn't have the funds spare. I was told that due to year end all the suppliers were closed and to contact them in the new year. I have now sent 3 emails with the model that I want and requesting what can be done about a return of the item that I am not happy with. NO REPLY! Zero! Not interested. No after sales service and false promises. If you know EXACTLY what you want, and are prepared to do everything yourself, then price wise and delivery wise its probably a good choice. If you are expecting after sales service and assistance, don't even think about it!
