Mediocre materials -inflexible cancellation.

Mediocre materials -inflexible unethical auto renewal despite never having used the materials as they were of such mediocre quality. No renewal email just tagged on to the bottom of some emails that went to spam. Shoddy behaviour from a company that purports to teach kids about Internet Safety, they should use themselves an example of how what to look for in the many terms and conditions. Would NEVER use again. Clearly they have no faith in their own product.
