I was very frustrated with a problem we had, and called Medicare realizing that the plan we hard was no longer working for us. I was surprised to find out that we could change plans, mid year. The plan we had, we had for five years. Our agent Amy Nash, did a phenomenal job checking doctors and specialists for us. As it turns out, we only have to change dentists, podiatrists, and respiratory. We get to keep our PCP, dermatologist,Eye doctor, and durable medical company. There is only one medication, Symbicort, that is not on your formulary. I will try and get authorization for that one, as many inhalers no longer work for my asthma. We are loooking forward to using our new plan.

I received outstanding customer service and everything was explained thoroughly. I don't know what I would have done without Jose. With all the Medicare info you get bombarded with, he made it simple and I really appreciated that! He also followed up with me when he said he would. Thanks again, great job!

All things considered, it went well. I just wish that for people like me,who has worked very hard all their lives would get the best coverage without question. However, this went well for what's available.

My agent was Shelly Woods. She went above and beyond to provide me with useful information for me to select an insurance company with the policy that I thought best served my needs.
