I can’t believe this company is still trading. I chose them because I’d used them several years before and had a great experience. Not last year though, it was the complete opposite.
They were unprofessional; they lied about being a member of the British Association of Removers and packed fragile items so badly we had several breakages. They arrived late, the van was too small and they ‘lost’ items ( later found in my household waste bin by my old neighbour). My complaints were ignored and the process of reporting them to trading standards is so complicated, I gave up.
They are also listed as insolvent on Companies House website.
Avoid at all costs.

I recently hired Eagle Packers and Movers (eaglepackersandmovers) for internal relocation, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences.
1. Incomplete Service – Many of my belongings were left behind, and I was told to move them myself.
2. Exorbitant Charges – They charged me ₹16,000 for just 10 km, which is ridiculously high. I was not informed about this in advance — some of their agents only told me about the cost after the relocation was completed.
3. Damaged Items – Several of my items were mishandled and arrived damaged.

Overall, this company is unprofessional, dishonest, and overpriced. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Eagle Packers and Movers — there are far more reliable and transparent movers in Gurgaon.

Avoid Eagle Relocation at All Costs!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Eagle Relocation, and I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice. They are okay until things go then they avoid called ignore emails. I paid £450 for a custom crate for a fragile glass item, only to find out later that my items were shipped without the crate and arrived damaged. The level of negligence is astounding.

To make matters worse, they initially claimed I hadn't taken out insurance, despite me sending all the necessary paperwork to prove otherwise. It became clear they were trying to dodge responsibility. After providing undeniable proof, they finally agreed to pay out for the damages. However, it's been nearly a year and I am still waiting for the payment. Every time I follow up, I’m told the payment is “being processed,” but nothing happens.

My case was handled by Donna Malcom, who was difficult enough to deal with before she left the company. Her replacement has been even worse – completely unhelpful and impossible to get a straight answer from. The lack of professionalism and integrity in this company is shocking.

Eagle Relocation is either completely incompetent or corrupt (likely both). They will happily take your money but won’t take responsibility for damages or provide the service they promise. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and strongly advise looking elsewhere for any relocation needs.

These people cost me £10,000s worth of hours of time in complaints and caused us so much stress that has really cost our health, wellbeing, and sanity.

N.B. The "quality standards" organization that they have on their website, BAR, are a sham and in cahoots with Eagle.

They do not maintain standards, they don't enforce codes of conduct, they do not even make Eagle pay after the Ombudsman.

Eagle was selected by the American shipping company to handle the UK half of my relocation. They were quick with paperwork, helpful with advice on customs documents and scheduled my delivery as soon as my shipment cleared customs. On the day of delivery the guys were neat, very nice and took care with where and how they placed my belongings into my room of choice. I highly recommend Eagle Relocations! They were the most most efficient part of my whole relocation process. If/ when I need another international shipment I'm going straight to them.

What an encredibly friendly, efficient and well run company. They always kept me up-to-date with what was happening with my shipment and made me feel at ease with the process. Their delivery team was friendly, professional and and accomodating and were quick with offloading my possessions. I highly recommend Eagle Relocations, they are very, very good.

Moved from London to Texas and Eagle did a great job on both ends of the move. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

The crew packed up for us and also unpacked. They were excellent. On time and didn’t mind waiting when we couldn’t get the keys to our new flat on time.

Eagle Relocations were great from start to finish. From Onkar coming out to my old property to quote to having to have my items kept overnight as my buyer didn't complete transfer of funds until nearly 5pm so too late for my side to complete. Fortunately, after Chris, one of the removal persons, called the office and speaking to Donna, we arranged in what a stressful time was made easier by everyone's helpfulness.
From the moment Chris and Dean turned up to pack my stuff into the van with care and consideration I knew everything would arrive in one piece and it did.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company and certainly the people I liaised with to anyone I hear is due to move. Thank you all.

The packing crew was exceptional. they arrived on time, packed everything carefully but were very fast. Clearly they were very experienced. Upon arrival to my new flat, they carefully placed the boxes in one location and placed the furniture where I asked. Lastly, after the unpacking, they returned to pick up the boxes which was amazing. Could not recommend Eagle Relocations more. Very pleased with the entire process.

The three guys who moved my (many!) possessions were professional, courteous and had a good sense of humour. Their day was long and involved travelling quite a distance.

The entire job was completed quickly and efficiently and I would have no hesitation in recommending them or booking them for a future removal.

Adam and his team moved us from St Helens to the Wirral. Here we are a month on and we are still saying how great they were. Finding a reliable and pragmatic freight forwarder when importing a vehicle to the UK is never easy.
We were referred to Eagle Relocations who handled the whole import process, communicating directly with our overseas shipping agent, handling the import paperwork, Nova forms, facilitating the payment of HMRC duty, clearing the vehicles and also shipping to our door and clearing away all the packaging. The most important thing for me was dealing with one fantastic representative of Eagle ( Donna Malcolm) through the whole process, which included updates on shipping and accurate pricing in advance with out any surprises.
I would not hesitate to use Eagle Relocations again and also would highly recommend to anyone shipping in and out of the UK to use this company.

Moving internationally is an emotionally intense process, and of course a lot of pressure relies on the uncertainty regarding your possessions (and whether they’re gonna make it to destination successfully!). Eagle Relocations did an excellent job at this and I’m very happy I chose them for my move from London to New York. Everyone I interfaced with was professional and focused and made the entire process clear and smooth (from initial consultation / sales / signing / pick-up through to delivery). The delivery took a bit of time but everything arrived in perfect state and I was kept informed throughout. Highly recommend them!
