An this was is a very poor quality with spots and marks on the frame. This was absolutely not the quality I expected and the quality advertised!
And they would not give the correct return adresse so I could return the product and get back my money !
Avoid this company!!!
They advertise expensive products and use pictures of expensive products on their site. When you talk to them on the phone they then say all the right things on the phone. Bottom line is the two people that run this company are crooks and con-artists as when you receive your chair you will immediately find they have NOT sent you the one you ordered.
Instead they will sell you a much cheaper version. When you complain they then say that in their terms and conditions they “do reserve the right to change / update / improve parts of our furnisher from time to time” The fact that they are sending you a cheaper and inferior product seems irrelevant and they try to use the above as a get out of jail card to allow them to continue scamming people.
They say they manufacture the products and they have their own facility in the UK yet when you do a little digging you will find that all they do is have amodernworld.co.uk drop ship the product for them. When I received my parcel they had painted over the return address, after wiping off the paint it was clear that the person that sent the product was amodernworld.co.uk and NOT iconinspired.co.uk aka eameschairinspired.com
Avoid this seller and only buy from people where you can go and see the product!!
