Paid for prescriptions, zero dispatch, completely ghosted.
I booked an appointment with Earthmade Clinic and paid in full for my prescriptions. Since taking my money, they have failed to dispatch my medication and have completely cut off communication. I have called their support line multiple times, including waiting on hold for 30 minutes before the system simply hung up on me. I have emailed them, submitted a contact request directly through their website, and even messaged their Instagram page. I have received absolutely zero response across all channels. Taking payment for medical scripts and then ghosting a patient is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Do not trust this clinic.
