Can’t thank Gemma and Donna enough for the fast and efficient service today! Even booked me in for a next day appointment on a weekend. Can’t recommend them enough! So happy with the results!

The Earwax Ladies (Gemma and Donna, both ex NHS workers) visited my mother at home to remove her earwax. The service was wonderful - they really helped put her at ease. They checked both ears (one was clear), explained each step of the microsuction procedure to her carefully and she was able to watch the wax being removed live on their laptop. There was some wax on her eardrum, so they used irrigation to finish the process safely. They also gave advice on how to take care of her ear for the few days post procedure.
My mother’s hearing has really improved - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Earwax Ladies.
