Came into the girls very last minute on a saturday evening before closing asking if they could put semi permanent extensions into my hair before an event the following friday. They could not have been more helpful, They didn’t have my colour in stock but Niamh took my number and was amazing at getting in touch and sourcing the right colour match for my hair, She had 4-5 different colour matches ready for me throughout the week and by friday had the perfect match. The morning of the event Shauna put them in for me and styled them exactly how I asked. 10/10 could not recommend more. Lovely experience

I love everything I bought from Easilocks. Quality is top notch. There are cheaper ones put there that will most likely last you for a week or two but the ones I've had with Easilocks lasts for a long time

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing – My New Favourite Hair Topper!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Easilocks! I purchased one of their hair toppers and it has turned out to be one of the best hair purchases I’ve made. 😍

The topper looks absolutely beautiful on. The colour, volume and overall finish blend so naturally with my own hair, and it instantly gives me the fullness I was looking for without feeling like I’m wearing a heavy or obvious hairpiece. I’ve received so many compliments, and most importantly, I feel so confident wearing it.

I loved it so much that I’ve already gone back and placed another order for more hair extensions! 😂 That probably says everything about how impressed I am with the quality.

But what really deserves recognition is Easilocks’ customer service. They have been absolutely amazing to deal with — friendly, helpful, responsive and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with my purchases. Great customer service makes such a difference when ordering hair online, especially when you're trying to choose the right colour and product.

Between the quality of the hairpieces, beautiful results, great range and outstanding customer service, Easilocks has definitely won me over. I’ll absolutely be purchasing from them again and again and again and again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gorgeous topper or extensions and all hair care products.

Really disappointed after spending around £150 on a lace topper and a U-part wig.

To be fair, the colour match on both was excellent. I had absolutely no issue with the colour at all. My problems were with the actual wearability of the products.

Lace topper:
The main problem was the lace. It was incredibly obvious against my scalp and I could not get it to sit flush or look natural. I repositioned it, adjusted the parting, trimmed it carefully, styled it and even tried dry shampoo to disguise the lace, but it still looked visibly like lace sitting on top of my head. The hair itself was nice, but for me the lace completely ruined the effect.

U-part wig:
This looked more natural because I could use my own hair around the parting, but it was far too heavy. The clips pulled on my fine hair to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it for long because I was worried about breakage.

Surely a huge part of the market for toppers and U-part wigs is people with fine, thin or flat hair wanting to add some volume and oomph? Having something so heavy that it pulls on the hair you do have feels completely counterproductive.

The cap also felt far too big and bulky underneath, despite me not having a small head, and after straightening the hair I then struggled to get it to hold a curl again.

The returns policy makes the whole thing even more frustrating. Once you have opened the packaging, you are effectively unable to return the product. But how are you supposed to know whether a wig or topper fits properly, whether the lace looks natural, whether the clips pull or whether the cap is suitable without actually taking it out and trying it on?

It basically means that by the time you discover a genuine problem with the fit or wearability, you have already rendered the item non-returnable.

The colour was genuinely great, but unfortunately that is about the only positive I can give. I now feel like I have wasted around £150 on two hair pieces that I simply cannot comfortably wear.

I am still waiting on several replies regarding not receiving one of the wigs I ordered.
It is a Shame as this is the only aspect I feel let down about.
My items were beautifully packaged , arrived quickly and the quality and also fit of the wig is amazing . The shampoo smells absolutely beautiful. Please help me sort this out !

Unfortunately I did not like the way the wig goes straight back from the band . It did not sit properly and looked very false.
I have ordered another style im sure will suit me better. Id recommend this company for quick order dispatch also

I have bought so many if the extensions I wear them every day they make my fine hair so much easier to manage and don’t damage the hair
I just can’t be without them
I used to have permanent bonded extensions but I just don’t have the time to get maintenance
These are so much better and easier

I love easilocks but the clips couid be less abrasive on the scalp.
Also, a new three piece set of clip ins could include that little bit extra for the " dovetail" effect on the framing of the face.
Apart from that, beautiful good value hair extensionss. X

This is my first time buying a hairpiece of any kind at all.
I have always had long thick hair but I now have alopecia so am looking for something suitable to maintain my "thick hair" look.
This piece is absolutely beautiful! For the price - especially as a 1st timer - it was a no brainer. The colour is a perfect match. The price is exceptional for such a luxury piece. I am learning as I go and unfortunately this is not suitable for my age and specific needs but its so beautiful I am donating it to my hairdresser so that she can offer it free of charge to a younger lady - maybe even a bride! I will definitely be buying from you again.

perfect, the delivery was very very fast and efficient and the hair extensions are perfect

I was told I could get a refund then once I requested one I was only offered a credit note. Not the same thing.
Tried the wig as I had to keep it. Horrible colour and itchy. Won’t be coming back definitely don’t recommend.
