dont recommend at all
Eastern dresses was initially really helpful and answered all my queries. I ended up ordering two dresses from her, because she seemed professionel and reasonable. I told her about my timeline and event, which she said was doable. The payments from my side were cleared as soon as possible (within hours). However, the dresses I received had several flaws.
Dress 1:
Lenght of one dress was off with up to 5 inches(!), neckline was not the same on both side, trousers were crooked, shirt size was off with several inches apart from the lenght as well, the jamawar inner shirt was of poor quality, threads were coming out of the kaam all over the shirt. Overall the quality of the stitching was really poor. Dress did not live up to the standard/price at all.
Dress 2:
This dress was om the better side, however the quality of stitching was on the poor side again. The inner jamawar shirt was not only of poor quality but has writting on it with black pen (light dress)? The dress is also not according to given size, but wearable. Again threads were coming out all over the dress.
I send pictures of everything to Annie - the crooked trousers, the size which was off with a measuring tape etc and for several days she did not respond. I asked her for a 50 procent refund ONLY on Dress 1, which she refused. She asked me to send the dress back to her so she could fix it, well knowing that I needed the dresses for the event a few days later and she would not be able to fix it in time. I told her it didnt seem likely that she would be able to fix and return the dress in time. Furthermore, I asked her who would be responsible for the delivery charges as they would easily end up being the same amount as the refund I asked for? No response from Annie on this.

I personally will not order from Eastern Dresses and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
PS. Dont be fooled by her FB page and recommendations as she doesnt let you leave a negative review.
