Shambles of an organisation
Constantly cancelling appointments; offering services with visiting dentists and then having to cancel due to no-show/no longer working with them. Such causes major issues with work and children arrangements. Taking months to act on referrals to Hospital. Advising patients to not come in for their NHS appointments during Covid, and advising they will be in touch when they resume services but never do. When contacting them to find out what the situation is, they then advise that you have been struck off the NHS list for not having a check up for a period of two years and only offering Private. When trying to resolve issues with the Reception Manager, can never get to speak with them, always in meetings or away. Left numerous messages with reception by phone, even from calling in in person, but none of them responded to; not even a simple courtesy call from a subordinate. Dragged feet in returning funds in account. The organisation is simply a shambles.
