We recently sold our property using Sally at West Of Exe. From our initial conversation through to completion we were very happy and would highly recommend.
Frequent and informative updates kept us in the loop. Friendly and well managed viewings and a conveniently located agents in the village.

Why else would you use anyone else to sell your house? From the get go, Sally was amazing. I’ve previously bought a house from her so it was a no brainer to sell one too. She was always accessible and helped chased solicitors when needed, immediately. She is so knowledgeable and was a key factor in our sale going through as quickly as it could. When buying a new house, we met with a lot of other estate agents and never found any to be as professional or to have integrity like Sally and West of Exe. The added bonus is that as a small agent, they know the local market so well and deliver everything with genuine expertise. Could not fault! Thanks West of Exe!

My experience has been really good while renting the property under East of Exe . The agency and landlord were really good to us during the stay for 2.5 years. The agency always consider each and every concerns and responded quickly. I appreciate the whole team for their efforts and support. To their credit, the team responded straight away and arranged a viewing. Tilly came out, gave her time generously, and offered insightful, professional advice. She then followed up with a helpful summary email – all without any pressure or expectation, which really stood out.

Even though there was no financial gain for them at this stage, they treated my enquiry with genuine care and professionalism. I’m very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend East of Exe to anyone :-)

My whole experience and process was really easy and efficient. I called so many times to ask questions about my property and the info surrounding it; they always answered to the best of their ability, never getting frustrated with the amount of calls I made. One of the only estate agents that don't require you to view the property, this was important to me as I had been searching for a long time, and I was beginning to lose hope of finding a place to live. As I work full-time, I could not drop everything for a viewing so many other properties were gone before I had the chance. This was not the case with West of Exe. I have specifically dealt with Freya and Haley, Freya has been finalising my contract and dealing with my move. I have spoken to Haley much more she has helped with with so much, moving is such a stressful process so it was great to have someone who was understanding and friendly. Picking up the keys was easy too. Yet to have an inspection but I'm sure it will go as smoothly as the rest.

Sally was so knowledgeable and professional, with decades of experience in the area I found her advise invaluable.

We are very happy with the house we found through East of Exe. They have been professional and cordial and although we’ve had a couple of hiccups in meeting the landlady it’s all gone smoothly. Only reason it is a 4 and not a 5 star review is because on the day of the viewing the agent forgot the keys so we decided to go with the property from what we had seen from the outside. Thankfully we were lucky that the property was in pretty great conditions and the landlady is truly nice and kind.

Have to say the best agency I have ever had in UK in 12 years and I have quite a few.

Always professional, happy to help and nothing is too much trouble.

Every time anyone comes for maintenance or repairs, they are polite, clean after themselves, which seemed to be unheard of before hand.

Over all I would always recommend.
