We had deliver my sun’s bike for front wheel bike change three weeks ago in the Walton brand “ Hoops” and it was planes to return the bike before school open!
After several follow up the just said you have to be more patient because we couldn’t fix your bike but if you want you can take your bike without any improvement.
If you want to leave it to us more we are not able to give you any date and time to change the wheel!!
Today (10,September.2022) we went to the “Hoops “ and took the bike.
After 10 minutes biking from shop to home the rear tut has been locked and my sun felt down on high street.
I was surprised when we have found out the rear break disk’s screws has been un-screwed and it was caused to break disk twisting and broken, then the break disk was locked in the break machine!!!
When we back to the shop, they told there is no reason to un-screws the screws in our shop!
There are 5 on the break disk while 4 of 5 were un-screwed!
I told them is there any evidence for broken bolts/ screws on the bike?
How is possible to 4 bolts got missed simultaneously?
How is possible to lost 4 bolts just aft 10 minutes biking?
It is while my sun had biked from home to “Hoops” to deliver the bike to them at the beginning ( three weeks ago) and it was in “Hoops” until today.
The “Hoops” stuff didn’t take any responsibility and I told this is not under our responsibility!
We were lucky to some care didn’t hit my sun when he felt down in the busy high street in Walton in addition to our wasted time and nervous…
I’ve left the bike in the “Hoops” and left “Hoops” shop after their ridiculous reactions and answers …
