THE MISTAKE YOU DID
I went on line and they suggested a freezer shelf and the suggested a model that would work for my model number so I ordered it and I tried to cancel it before I received it and they still sent it out and I received the wrong the part and they are not willing to accept their mistake.

My parts were ordered 2 weeks ago, the tracking provided stopped making movement and customer service has not been helpful to troubleshoot the situation AT ALL. They also denied price match, make sure to read the fine print.

I needed a lightbulb for a Whirlpool over stove microwave built in 2016. They had plenty of this specific part in stock and inventoried under the original OEM part number. I was able to purchase 2. Received them within a week, packaged well and unbroken.

It cost me 12.99 to ship a package that weighed 0.1lbs. Then Fed-Ex says they didnt ship it !!I placed my order on Thursday 8-19-2026…
I placed my order on Thursday 8-19-2026 at 8:48 AM, Shipping cost me $12.99 for 1 package that the total cost $13.10 and weighs 0.1 lb. Now here it is Sunday 08-23-2026 no parts, I went to my email confirmation I try to use the Fed-Ex tracking service and it tells me there is no tracking # because they haven't received it from PartSelect yet, that they would send me the tracking # when they receive the package from PartSelect, When I paid $12.99 shipping for a 0.1 lb package I thought it would be here in 4 days, NOT still waiting for Fed-Ex to receive it, then get it to me another 4 days, I had a few places to choose from and made a huge mistake trusting PartSelect and thinking they cared at all about their customers, Nope ! they're just like the rest of the companies these days, get the money, Then, they can wait till we're good and ready to go to Fed-Ex, we only go to Fed-Ex once a week to save money, or whatever their excuse will be, I'm tired of just taking it! I really need my saw up n running, its only 2 rubber seals that weigh 0.1 lbs, just coming from Texas ! Not going through the Straight of Hormuz I mean I already paid for it, WHY NOT send it ? Oh yeah and its now Sunday so I guess it'll be at least 5 days before Fed-Ex receives it, IF IM LUCKY !! good news is my memory is still good enough to remember NOT to trust PartSelect again. truly sad
