Non responsive and scammy behavior
I ordered a 50ml bottle of Terre D'Hermes and they initially claimed 3-5 working days but their website showed that the order has been delayed. When I called them the first time, they said that they've given the order to PostNL and that I should contact them but when I called PostNL they told me that they had never given them my order and didn't even generate a delivery label online. I then called them and customer service representative (who said that their name was Leo) told me that he's writing an email to check with the warehouse and if the package was lost they'll give me a replacement and for this purpose they'll send me an email by 5 PM of that day but I wasn't surprised when they didn't send me ANY update. I called them the next day and they told me that they'll ship it tomorrow and send me an update about when my order will be here but still nothing! It feels and looks like an absolute scam. Avoid this website and the platform! I'm going to call them again see what new story they have for me now :)

Geachte klant, bedankt voor uw vriendelijjk bericht. De nieuwe levering is al onderweg. Zoals eerder vermeld duurt de levering drie tot vijf werkdagen. De bestelbevestiging en tracking informatie hebben we naar het door uw ingevoerde e-mailadres gestuurd.

they operate within domain ".be" as well. On the checkout they propose to select bpost or postNL what makes you think, that you will receive your parcel the next day. As a fact - they operate in Germany and you will get stuck waiting for your packet for several days, because after you receive the e-mail from DHL and see the actual location of the parcel. Of course, I will never buy there again. If you need your items quickly and you are in Belgium - forget about this web-site

Poor customer service, no information, disappointment
I ordered for the first time from this website, unfortunately my experience is very bad so I am not going to repeat it however the products are on good price.
On 2nd March, I ordered a perfume in The Netherlands. The delivery was done by Post-NL with a lot of delay and lack of required actions such as scanning the package at the Post-NL point where I was supposed to pick it up. Due to these, I couldn’t pick it up in time so it was sent back to easy cosmetics on 14th March. According to Post-NL it was already delivered on 15th March, according to the website of easy cosmetics it is not delivered yet. I tried to contact the customer service of easy cosmetics multiple times to get information about the situation and my package, even sending screenshots to them, but they keep repeating the same (I assume automated) message that when my package arrives, my money will be transferred automatically back to my bank account. I asked them not to repeat this but give information, but unfortunately there was no proper answer. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the quality of the customer service, and I have no idea if I ever will get that money back.
