Bought a few dishwashers and not long out of warranty 2 broke down. Easywash were not able to get the parts required to fix either of them so had to buy new dishwashers! They simply are not interested in helping. They told me to try a DIY store for the parts!!

Check the terms and conditions, really, no guarantee of any sort of quality of product or upholding any standard. Email thread of 100+ emails to get one dishwasher fixed, you don't want this stress.
What went wrong? Everything. How can the company improve? Care about the customer.
They have a disclaimer for every little thing possible to never be held to any standard, and by standard, I mean functional.
5 months to get a dishwasher fix and 100+ emails during that period, they can't even order the correct parts for their own machine for christ's sake and takes 2 weeks just to 'check' and 'label.' Mind you, just the 'ordering the part' aspect took a whole month.
They also have a seperate manufacturer probably on the other side of the world, a seperate third party engineer company and none of them bother to speak with each other and so you can guarantee any warranty process will take a damn long time.
Trust me on this, the stress and the length of time it takes to fix the machines, which by the way stopped working after a measly two months, you lose more money than you gain in a commercial business using their machinery.
Expectations: Expect to be told 'please wait while we check on this for you, we'll be in touch'
'We are currently contacting the manufacturer about the situation.'
Whoosh, a week goes by
'We are doing our utmost best to pursue this matter and will keep in touch'
Whoosh, oh look, a month has gone by.
I have never experienced such an utterly irresponsible company that doesn't take the slightest responsibility for anything and dealt with such a stressful experience for any product or service I have ever purchased.
Really, spend a bit more because it's absolutely not worth it and I'll never get that time back basically spending 2 hours a day 3 days a week for 5 months chasing it up and they make it sound like a fix is around the corner at every juncture.

Arrived late, doesn’t match description
Ordered for next day delivery, they didn’t send out on time so it arrived late
The fryer I ordered doesn’t match the description as it states it can cook in large batches which the staff agree it cannot, it also claims it can get back up to temperature quickly between batches which the staff agree it cannot as it took 15-20 mins which at an event caused major delays and queues. The description still hasn’t been edited and the staff have no clue either and the responses have been pointless

First i was trying to buy it online and it wouldn't work. They called me after a few tries and offered to take the payment for me over the phone. After that they kept calling me to ask for the proof of payment and said they need a screen shot from my banking app..After I explained to the lady I am not allowed to do screen shots on the mobile banking app, she said to use a different phone to take a picture..I did that and 1 day before delivery I was informed that they can not do the delivery on time but the next working day, after the weekend like. We went to pick them ourselves after all...45 min drive. Unfortunately, I won't use them again.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Bought a refrigeration unit £875.99. it's in warranty. The compressor has gone. Emailed them and they asking for a engineers report at my own expense. Then it needs to go to the manufacturer to check it's authenticity before any decision is made on whether we get the part. John was rude, and spoke over me during the call. Unhappy with the level of service received and asked for a copy of their complaints procedure. They don't have one. Asked to speak to a manager and he asked me to email him my complaint. Really as if that's going to be looked at. Asked him if he was a complaints handler and he skirted around the question to eventually say no. So how can you deal with my complaint. Don't waste your money on this company. They are pure scammers. Order number 10138076. Shall report you to trading standards then if there is no way of addressing a complaint with you!

Ordered the Bain Marie on Thursday and…
Ordered the Bain Marie on Thursday and supposedly delivered on Friday but was told it would be delivered next week because the truck was broken down, that’s no problem, but when got the Bain Marie on Wednesday I noticed it is badly leaking when I put the water on, don’t bother to return it just bin it and never use this company again
