Very very bad experience

Order 2 equipment; for 1 got the tracking number and received on time for the other item there is no tracking number provided, After 1 week still didn't receive the item
After calling to support they are explaining me that I have to wait outside from 8am to 6pm in that time frame driver may come any time to deliver
Without giving specific time how I can wait 8 to 6?
Very very bad experience from Easy Equipment
At least provide the time slot so that can arrange someone to receive

After I made my order ,I was told it was smashed in the warehouse, and it would have been a month to receive another. I purchased an alternative to be delivered and the driver left it outside the neighbours shop premises

Not pleased with the delivery

Not pleased with the delivery. It was left on the curb side. After spending the best part of £1000 I didn't expect it to be left outside the premises. I had to phone around to get them brought inside.

Avoid like MPOX.

Ordered some in-stock catering equipment on Tuesday morning with next day delivery, urgently needed for an event on Saturday. Despite paying by card, I was told I need to prove our bank account, so I did so later that day and well before closing time. Wednesday I phone to check it's all ok - account team will look at it today and it'll definitely be out with the courier soon, I was told. No problem for Saturday.

Thursday rolls around, and they refuse to confirm it's out for delivery or even a tracking number. Definitely still time for Saturday though.

Friday rolls around, and there's been a mix up at the courier, so it's coming Monday. Nothing can be done, I'm told, but someone would personally take charge of the order to ensure the rest is smooth sailing.

Monday I phone again. Actually it was in a different warehouse and needed to be moved first. Then the courier messed up. I think it eventually came Wednesday. Which I guess is next day (...plus a week!)

Their call centre is obviously overseas.

Absolute disaster of a company. I should have read the online reviews first.

Would have given 5 stars if non stick…

Would have given 5 stars if non stick trays were supplied with the oven (end up buying silicone sheets for great baking) Apart from that it is excellent and wouod highly recommend to everyone!

Manufacturer must supply non stick trays!
