I was forced to take optional items on my loan contract, they made it very difficult to remove and made me feel uncomfortable and still haven’t removed them advising I can’t until first payment
Update I have called them now twice since they asked me to, to remove the optional things off the contract. Both times they have advised I will get an email in 30min. Nothing recieved.
