Love raising money for my cause, and the people at EasyFundraising are friendly and helpful. As long as you follow the rules, especially when buying from utility and insurance companies, it's all good. I have been very frustrated a few times by failing to collect a donation on what I consider a technicality, sometimes after quite a big purchase - but still very happy with EasyFundraising. The reminder app is very good too.

Thank you to Luisa and the specialist fundraising team for making easyfundraising just so easy to use and to help make money for our Bichon rehoming group. We’ve made in excess of £2000 and every penny goes to help our beautiful little bichon dogs which need rescue or rehoming. Thank you easy fundraising and Luisa x

So far, our experience of Easyfundraising has been top notch! The Fundraising Specialist Team in particular have been hugely helpful and really supportive of our organisation. It has all been very easy to set up, so will wait to see how it goes with the payment of the funds raised into our bank account. So far, so good though!

Sorry for the bad review, but after about 6 purchases being declined, I've not got what I signed up for.

Anything over about 50p gets declined, I've taken out 2 car insurance policies because of easy funding , both declined, no explanation at all. Who gives a crap, first purchase accepted, then second declined.

If you going to tell people that they are going to get a donation, then make it happen, otherwise you will hack people off.

Sort it out !!!!

Easyfundraising is so straightforward to use and, so far, we have only seen positives for our fundraising efforts. The support we have received has been amazing and we look forward to raising as much as we can with this extremely user-friendly platform.

We have found easy fundraising to be really easy to use. The customer serious has been amazing and the fundraising specialist team have certainly kept to their word in helping us to achieve good things.
Well worth doing as it doesn’t cost a Penny but raises lots for our cause.

I was made aware of Easyfundraising by another member of our Menfulness Community. it's such an easy way of raising funds for whatever the cause you support as you are effectively just going about your daily business. Our Menfulness charity is absolutely crucial in supporting men and as a bi-product women and families swell in helping them when they need it.

A friend’s young son, plays football for his local football, she asked if i would sign up to Easy fundraising.
However, matters didn’t progress as i expected.
I gave a ONE STAR. As the football club was missing out on donations, as I had made 3 separate purchases totalling £220.17 i contacted Easy fundraising & an advisor named Paul emailed me explained everything,
However, I was still deeply disappointed & I unsubscribed.
Today 21/8/2024 I received another email from Paul asking if I would like to give it another go & I replied that I will.
I have now given easy fundraising 4 stars due the communication with Paul.

Our PTA saw an opportunity to sign up to Easy Fund Raising to help raise much needed support for our Schools. I registered to find that my account was deleted. Upon a call with the Fundraising Specialist Team, they were quick to notice that there was already an account set up for our school, that was established years ago with another PTA member that has since left and the details was not passed on to us and saw the link. They called me to confirm to be sure and they helped my to update the account with changes to new school website. They also helped to sort out funding that was already raised but was unable to be paid. I had another call with the team who helped massively with promotion and getting the message out to get new supporters, which has really help when we have limited time. Thank you.

The Fundraising Specialist Team were incredibly helpful at guiding me through setting up our charity account on easyfundraising. They showed me how the incentive period would work and gave me a set of marketing tools that made it very easy to double the sign up goal!

The fund raising specialist team are all extemely helpful and respond to any queries promptly. The whole process for registering is simple and there is plenty of information and guidance to help you get the most out of the scheme. Such a good idea for anyone wanting to help their organisation by raising funds easily.

Really impressed - I didn't expect the excellent resources and the level of support from the Fundraising Specialist Team, especially the helpful Renee and Luisa, to get us started, so as a small, busy team this has been a huge boost. Having things like the graphics and explainer videos is just fab.

I've been using easyfundraising for years and in the early days raised a lot of money. In the last couple of years however, I have found that none of my potentially large donations have been paid - in spite of following instructions exactly. I've claimed a number of missing donations but just get the standard response that it is being reviewed, could take months, and 'next time do it this way'. Very disappointing - at least Amazon always pay up, but at lower % and relatively small purchases. I will no longer choose companies for e.g. flights or insurance on the basis that they will donate, as for the most part, they never do.

Easyfundraising should immediately remove such companies from their list as they are giving them business under false pretences.

Just as a follow up to the reply below, I follow exactly all requirements, so going "through some troubleshooting" will not solve this problem. Replies to claims of unpaid donations are auto responses that tell me I need to wait 4-6 months for a response. This is nonsense and in the meantime, companies are getting business they would not normally get.

Following up on this one as I am having a much more positive experience now. The problem seemed to be with me using a particular browser and ad blocker and not accepting cookies. Now I am using a different browser accepting all cookies and ads, all donations are being paid. I’ve raised a lot of money for my cause with easyfundraising, so highly recommend it. It’s definitely worth persevering and the support from customer services is excellent.

They seem to pick and choose when they will and won't give you a donation, I always use there website to buy everything I need from the shops that are on there but so many times they won't give you the donation and it doesn't matter how many time you dispute it they just ignore you, I shouldn't have to constantly chase every donation, it shouldn't be so hard trying to raise money for charity, so many charities are missing out on so much money and the people who work for easy fundraising clearly don't care what so ever
Need to change the name to Extremely Difficult Fundraising

The concept is brilliant and super easy. The way you edit your account can be difficult to navigate sometimes because it often takes you to the website to change settings. However, the fundraising specialist team are absolutely amazing, they helped sort all of my account out when I was completely confused, gave free consultation on how best to use Easyfundraising and are always willing to help via email too!

I've used Easyfundraising in the past as a donor and found it fairly simple to use so set it up as a fundraising method for a cause. The admin side of it was fairly simple and the support from Rana one of the Fundraising Specialists was and still is excellent. I would definitely recommend scheduling a call with one of them for anyone who is thinking of setting this up for their own cause.
