T1 Waterproof Pop-Up Gazebo [3x3m / 10x10'] - Beige

Gazebo had it's first outing at a 'summer' fare. Windy and wet, but the Gazebo took it all. Easy to erect and tear down. A 2 person job.

The Gazebo material was too small for the frame and split when setting up.

Ordering and delivery were spot on. When up, the product is perfect. It is sturdy and does exactly what it needs to do. My only issue is that locking in the legs to their final position takes great strength beyond what I consider to be acceptable. My wife stated that she could not lock in the legs and therefore would always need someone with great strength on hand. It may be that after a bit of time the canopy will relax a bit and give just that extra bit to allow an easier effort.

Lovely quality at a great price. Previous one lasted 7 years so happy to purchase same again. Really quick delivery too. Easy to manage on my own. Looks smart.

Hi, I am e mailing concerning a problem with the top canopy on my Carnival T7 Pro (Heavy Duty Pop Up Gazebo) which I bought last April for £243.95. I was really happy with the purchase and was used throughout the summer last year, but the first time it was put up two week ago the top cover has torn which considering it is marketed as Heavy Duty is dissapointing to say the least. I did speak to Hazel in customer service last week who after speaking with her supervisor simply referred me to a spares website which is dissapointing, I would expect something marketed as heavy duty to last more than a year, as the reason I wanted one was to provide shelter in the garden for several years !! If I had known that this wasn't going to last I would have bought a cheap version.

I would therefore like to request a replacement canopy that could replace the damaged one as its only 14 months old. I have attached the original invoice and photo of the damage.

I’m still waiting fir a reply after 2 emails with images of my easy up which literally fell apart on the first use. 2 legs snapped and the whole thing felt cheap compared to my previous easy up which lasted over 10 years. No response from company not even an acknowledgment.

I brought a Gazebo (Easy Gazebo Carnival T7 Pro) around 8 months ago, it looked and felt to be very good quality but soon after (around 3 months, of twice weekly use) the leg was bent. I managed to repair it myself by planeing a piece of timber and slotting it in the hollow of the leg to provide stability. The seams on the canopy have also come apart and when I tried to buy a replacement canopy this morning I was told rather bluntly that they dont sell spare parts (although when i brought the gazebo it was advertised as all parts fully replaceable) and that I would have to contact a different company that might or might not have a canopy. All in all, I'm very disappointed with the after sales service and EXTREMELY disappointed in a product that was described as Heavy Duty but is definitely not.
