Bordeaux to Manchester flight on 7/6 at 9.30 pm cancelled at 1am - told an announcement in airport - exited via passport control - no announcement made no EasyJet staff to help !!!! An e-mail finally received - cancel & Refund or rebook / did so - their ‘process ‘ offered hotel - but when requested said no hotels available ??? - at 2am I managed to find hotel for that night ( morning ) for the few hours till dawn and next day rebooked hotel for that night - claimed expenses and have submitted receipts multiple times - been requested for same ones time and time again and asked to answer same questions multiple multiple times - have had dozens of e-mails -scanned and sent hotel receipt even got hotel to send an e-mail confirmation but still being requested for same info time and time again - asked for complaints procedure - ignored !! Worst customer service of life !!
I am extremely disappointed with the way EasyJet has treated me throughout this experience. I feel completely mistreated and ignored as a customer.
I was promised that I would receive updates regarding my case, but despite waiting patiently, I have received no response at all. The lack of communication and follow-through has been very frustrating and has made me feel like my concerns simply don’t matter.
What is even more disappointing is that EasyJet appears to respond publicly on Trustpilot to give the impression that they care about their customers and are actively resolving issues. In my experience, this has not been the case. Their public responses seem more focused on protecting their reputation than actually helping customers. Behind the scenes, nothing has been done, and I have been left without any meaningful update or resolution.
I expected much better customer service from EasyJet. Keeping customers informed and honoring promises should be a basic standard. Sadly, my experience has been the opposite, and I cannot recommend a company that treats its customers this way.
customer service rep was excellent and helped me cancel my flight very quickly with no issues - only had to provide flight reference and confirm my name
Just travelled to Corfu and back with easyJet. We were impressed with the service and general flight experience. We travelled with overhead bags … no problem there…would recommend, particularly as this was our first time travelling on a budget airline. Particular praise for the stewardesses… they were very helpful.
Useless agent, and chat disconnects before I am able to finish typing up my answer. Utterly disgraceful service
Reached out to support for a question, got access to a human quickly, and got my answer in seconds!
I was ripped off on my luggage. I called online for my check-in luggage to be paid when they gave me the measurements. I told the agent I will measure the bag after we completed the transaction. I called easyJet back 15 minutes later after measuring the tote bag. It was 2 inches too big as I called back in 15 minutes. The agent said they will refund the amount charged if it went through. I just talked to your online agent. They basically said sorry too bad. I have been charged twice for the same bag. I need my refund of $48.96. Your agent online said you need to read the fine print who does that when they're traveling like this. Your agents need to be trained not to lie just to make a quick buck by charging twice for the same bag.

I was put straight through to a customer adviser who dealt with my change request with minimum fuss and did quickly
I needed to book special assistance on my flight, the process was really easy and quick. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. The only reason the review is four stars is that they needed to change my seat allocation as the one I had booked was not approved for a special assistance booking so unfortunately I’m not with my family. But it only a short flight so I’m not too worried. Hopefully everything will be ok on the day.
Very happy with easyjet for the last 5 years I have used their services.
Booking was easy - the website allowed me to book flights and the limited extras I wanted without trying to bully me into spending more. Charges were very transparent.
The app made it very easy to share boarding passes with other family members.
Updates were provided in timely manner, which were actually helpful, not disguised marketing messages.
The seats on the plane were comfortable and reasonably spaced.
There were two very minor delays which were both explained fully (amounting to about 10 minutes in total).
All in all a really good experience
Booked extra leg room seats but seats were double booked and I am trying to get a refund for the extra monies paid but because I didn't take a photo of the seats we had to sit in, Easyjet won't give a refund even though it was their change of plane that caused the problem.
I booked a ticket without bags as I don’t have much time to get to airport from work so wanted to check online and head straight to security. Online check in doesn’t work and support gave me different options but unfortunately they couldn’t get it working so only way is for me to wait in line at baggage drop.
The guy I spoke to was amazing 🤩 super helpful with a fabulous attitude. Thank you

EC261 compensation & customer services ARE JOKE with EasyJet. Contradictory advice, all designed to NOT pay compensation.
If I could give zero stars I would (and that is being generous).
Horrendous customer service almost got charged three times for baggage due to phone advisor, automated line and then chat service with EasyJet. This is the problem with too much tech and pursuit of digitalising systems and processes the human touch is lost and drives customers away. I urge management to rethink customer service strategy to improve for sake of fellow humans!
Very helpful online chat with Karawan, he dealt with my complex question immediately, and could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you!
