Really happy with my sunglasses, they came with a carry pouch and cleaning cloth, there was a slight delay in delivery due to covid 19 but the seller re assured me and could not have been more pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended

I’ve had numerous products from them over the years. The products have always been of good quality and very reasonably priced. I have always found customer service excellent also.

This was the worst, rudest and most aggressive response I have ever encountered from a seller. I purchased LED light up balloons for a special birthday which did not work and the best before date on the packaging showed they were ten months out of date. There was no apology for spoiling part of the birthday and for sending out old stock. The seller,would not accept a photograph of the packaging showing Nov 2019 as the best before date as sufficient evidence. Despite me explaining I had thrown the balloons in the bin in disgust she still insisted I post back the used balloons. I also explained that I still had to shield from Covid and could not go out but she accused me of using the balloons and said goods that were ten months out of date were still perfectly usable. I said I would go through PayPal dispute if she failed to accept the photograph of the expiry date so she then threatened that if I did that she would tell them I was refusing to return them and that there was nothing wrong with them. I decided to do just that and within 30 minutes PayPal had found in my favour and issued a refund. Enough said! She seems to always have an answer to any negative reviews but I can prove that all I have written is true. AVOID AVOID.
