My order arrived the next day, wich was welcome, because as aleways with pools, you need it yesterday. Due to some small slip in the shipping dept, I was delivered some bromine instead of chlorine tablets, but they were swapped within the week.

I can only comment on the service so far as I have not used the chemicals yet. I ordered over a bank holiday on a very user friendly website, my order was delivered early morning on the next but one workday by a very professional delivery service. I will definitely use this company again.

I've used EasyChemicals since 2008 and have always been treated as a valued customer. Things don't always go right... that's just life, but when things go wrong I've never felt abandoned or ignored. I have been using Easy pool chemicals for several years now and have only praise for their products, service and prices. Its really good to be able to pick up the phone or send an email and get someone at the other end who knows their stuff and isn't trying to sell you expensive rubbish. I have already recommended them to others and have no reservations about recommending them to first time buyers.

Having no previous experience of owning a pool, I found the pool maintenance a lot more complicated and daunting than I had expected.
