You didn’t deliver anything.

Have had multiple orders with them. Have eaten at the store as well. One order was delayed for some reason but thee staff was very helpful in rearranging the delivery and gave me all possible options included refunds and different delivery slots.

I haven't received the goods yet, I don't know what happened, and I can't find a place to get a refund.

Placed an order with delivery and the order never came. Called the store and was told the staff had completely forgotten about my order and redelivery could not be arranged.
Had to pick up my order when all the roads to Central London were closed and didn’t even receive any refund for delivery fee.
Disappointing.

Still waiting for my oder. They don't answer their phone or respond to emails. Don't order from them.

Delivery delayed by two days, food came in not fresh at all. First and definitely last time ordering

Nice portion and taste

Overall the website was easy to use, and I had no real troubles with the experience however the amount given doesn't justify the amount it charges. There are many operators out there which does a similar service and I would recommend you trying those out first before this.

Had an issue with the dpd driver leaving my parcel on the doorstep and it being stolen. But after speaking to the lovely manager at Eatoo she sent me out a new package and the items inside were marvellous. So happy with my order and will prder again very soon.

Customer service and delivery service has gone down the hill. It was super responsive at the beginning but lately using DPD really makes delivery very unreliable

I order many time all the package was good before. But today when I receive my package all the kiwi are crushed to bad shape. I was very disappointed.

Placed an order for over a week and no updates at all. With the expensive delivery fee it's totally not worth it.

Products were good and value for money than other suppliers. The products were Asian focused so there is no equivalent UK suppliers. They could get 5 stars if I can select delivery date and meats are supplied frozen rather than defrosted. Just imagine a. how can customers organise party if the delivery date is not certain? b. customers can order large quantity to keep surplus in freezer to utilize free delivery (£80 order).
