DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They advertised a fan online which I purchased and paid for. They called me the same day to say they could not fulfil the order as the price was wrong and they wanted an extra £183. Refund was issued but 24 hours later still no money in my account and this could take 5-10 business days according to Stripe. Guy on the phone was arrogant and obnoxious, clearly the owner as the woman I spoke to yesterday was very polite. You are quick enough to take my money but not return it back to me. Use BACS and take issue with Stripe. £1000 is not a small amount. I tell you what, maybe update your website so people aren't paying you money for orders you have no intention of actually fulfilling.

A very nice reception Lady answering the phone she put me through to Phil in sales I told him I wanted to commission a extractor unit for a commercial kitchen and explained the circumstances and he made uneducated assumptions and laughed patronisingly down the phone. What a joker I definitely wont be recommending him or eCanopy Commercial Kitchen Ventilation to my mates or any prospective future employer for him. I presume his on a trial period as it is with his immature very unique sales technique, lol,
