I ordered a DeWalt battery and charger…

I ordered a DeWalt battery and charger from Amazon not realising that it was coming from an independent trader.
It arrived late and with no packaging or instructions.
It was suspicious because I had just seen an article about counterfeit DeWalt products and demanded a refund.
They replied back telling me to post them back and they would reimburse me minus £5-95 pp.
Seeing that I had ordered though Amazon Prime with free postage I was a little put out but thought it was better than being stuck with suspect goods.
However, I was refunded the full amount by Amazon, which I was surprised and pleased, so full marks to Amazon.
So I am only out of pocket by £5-70, the cost of postage to ECA Toolfast.

Twice delivered the wrong product! Caused me a great deal of inconvenience waiting for the correct tool, printing off return label and dropping off the incorrect items to be returned. Need to sort out their warehouse/dispatch and customer services.

Good customer service with quick resolution to an order issue and

Good product at a good price. There was an issue with delivery of my order but I found the customer service to be really good. The company were responsive and quickly resolved the issue with no fuss, pulling out the stops to get the product to me when I needed it. All in all a positive experience and would use the company again.

Terrible customer service no reply

Terrible customer service no reply .
Ordered 3rd September told tracking number would be given once shipped , never heard from them again even after sending and email .
None delivery and no response to email. Not sure what to make of them. Won’t be using again .

Scammers don't buy!

Purchased a drill and the drill was faulty probably not their fault I suspect manufacrer error however how this company have acted in exchanging it is disgusting. Was marked as delivered and never was in the first instance 2 days later company advised I needed to pick it up no apology or explanation, after using the dril it was co ering the drill pieces in oil and the drill pieces were slipping loose so a clear fault with the drill. I returned the drill and requested and exchange, company tried to claim I never returned it but kept the receipts, then they said they would only refund me and if I wanted to buy it again its 20% more now.

An amazing company to deal with

An amazing company to deal with , the way they dealt with a problem I had can honestly say they went over and above to rectify it.
Will be my first choice in buying tools for our company .

Stoke … good store, excellent selection

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. New item didn't turn up in retail packaging. Made me suspicious looks like it came out of a discounted kit rather than new. May even have been a return or second hand for all I know.

Rip Off Merchants - No delivery

Charge of £500 pound for a tool, that on delivery did not turn up.
Told me to take it up with Parcel force, very unhelpful cant say Customer Service as it really is of little help or service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, READY TO TAKE TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. Another review states the same, they did not deliver, and courier left item in a bin, I never gave a bin as a safe place - DO NOT USE

Went to buy a imex laser level and saw…

Went to buy a imex laser level and saw in the website there was a spend more get more promo on and it was spent £200 get a imex L2GS laser level free but rang up and they say the advert was about a year old and they don't do it anymore. Don't understand why it hasn't bin taken off yet.

Been robbed by ECA Toolfast

Been robbed of my money and never received my items. They tell me it was delivered nearly a week early and this pic from the couriers isn’t even my address or my name. Online staff are rude and unhelpful telling me to contact the couriers when it down to the seller. The courier won’t give me certain information and tell me to contact the company so I’m just getting pushed from pillar to post and that there way of trying to get out of it. Reported them to the police and bank.

SUBSTANDARD SERVICE AVOID

Ordered: Milwaukee packout 15" tote
On the website and my receipt it said my item will be within 1-2 days; 4-5 days forward- not a sign of my tote. Called them - first an employee said he will put me through to 'a lady who's dealing with all the online orders' and then hang up on me. Second call - managed to get through to the 'lady' in question, she casually says - ah yes, your order has been cancelled and we've refunded you the money. No email /text message or a call apologising or advising me of the above situation. She said 'sorry'...well 'lady who deals with all the online orders '- sometimes 'sorry' isn't enough. Joke of a company; I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. SUBSTANDARD SERVICE. AVOID
