EC English Language Centres Reviews 

It was amazing being part of the EC family. EC London is a wonderful place to learn English and to make friends. I was afraid of not making friends but everyone at EC, even the Staff Team, were really nice.

I can only say that the apartments rented out by this school absolutely do not meet hygiene standards. They are dirty, unhygienic, and filthy. It’s all about the money; the rental operation is obviously driven solely by profit. Especially the single rooms in Mercury Residence, which have no windows, are in a catastrophic condition. It’s an act of selfishness to house people in such conditions just to make money. This is an insult to the residents who live there and spend their money.
Additionally, the Campus Hub is just as dirty. The cleaning staff are not even slightly committed to keeping it clean and hygienic.

I attended a refresher course on February 2025 and really liked the concept of the school: in particular I appreciated the fact it is also customized for "old" students like me. All the staff and the teachers were very good, flexible, helpful and friendly. I found a perfect organization and learned something new that I will use in my job. And Dublin is amazing, too.

I really enjoyed my time in Boston.I loved my classmates and the way how the teacher teach us.Really enjoyed the city and all the experience.

I had an excellent experience at the EC English School. The teachers and directors are wanderful - they welcome you like family. I´m sure I´llbe back!

I loved Miriam's ideas of things to do, I loved the teachers, I loved the donuts day, the place where the school was, I loved the city and the things to do there

The care for their students it's great, every doubt you can have in the classroom or even with the teachers outside of the class you know they will help you. The staff is very kind and always ready to answer your questions.

I stayed in Dublin for 2 weeks attending a course at EC to improve my English. I'm 65 and my worries were to feel like an outsider in a school with young students...but I was surprised to be in a class with a lot of adult students, coming from all around the world. It was very comfortable to study with people who, like me, wanted to improve our language not only for jobs but also for ourselves.
I felt very well with the teachers and all the staff, enjoying activities and having fun with my classmates. My only regret was to have been there for a short time . I have to come back again!

The experience of doing EC in Cape Town was incredible! The team is great, starting with Patrick and Guido at reception, who are always friendly and efficient. The classes were great and being able to interact with different teachers, with different accents and methods, helped a lot.

I would definitely recommend the school to anyone who wants to improve their English and still have a great experience in Cape Town, which is an incredible city.

A very warm welcome at EC Bristol. Very interactive classes and very committed staff

I was in EC a few months ago and it was the best experience in my life. All the people were so welcome and nice. I improved a lot during my stay there. I met a lot of people, who are incredible and lovely. I felt more confident because I felt secure to speak in English and speak more fluently. So, if I were you, I improve my English with EC English Language Centres.

Amazing School in Malta !
The Teachers was very professionnel and my level just for 6 weeks is totally different !
Now, i inderstand all conversations but now i need to practice because here in France is difficult When you want to talk !

Teachers are strongly advised to avoid this school! I worked there under contract and was dismissed for giving additional feedback to students at TUD, pointing out efficiency issues, and telling the truth to the partner organisation about their malpractice. I have worked in EAP/EFL for 20+ years and have never experienced professional abuse of this kind. The company is, in short, an ultra-conformist franchise run along the lines of McDonalds. I would strongly advise self-respecting teachers to avoid it.

Thank you, EC! My experience was excellent. I improved my English a lot (which was the main goal at the beginning) and I also met wonderful people from different parts of the world with whom I shared nice activities that gave me nice memories.

Maybe the school needs to adjust the teachers because some of them are very organized with evaluation and feedback processes and others are not. In the same way, I feel that the program isn't designed for a long time, because it's very static... I mean, 3 months is very good, but after that, I think it is enough.

I will always remember my time at EC Cape Town, it was a fantastic time in my life and of course, I recommend going there to study English because the city is nice, the teachers are pretty good and the people that you meet are very friendly.

I felt comfortable that there was the 30+ classs I cloud join.

The Teacher was very nice and I learned to talk and discuss with other people free and save. I loved the time.
I got to know so many different people from different nations. The school is well organized. The transfer from the airport went flawlessly. The apartment was also clean and comfortable. There were also a lot of activities organized by the school that you could take part in if you wanted. It was a really great and unique experience.
