Shopping for Dead Sea Minerals, for my niece in Australia who has very bad heat rash, and eChemists comes up as an option. The prices seemed great and no postage (even to Australia!). Unfortunately, after placing my order, I received an email to say they didn't have all the stock, sorry for the inconvenience etc. I replied with my concerns about my nieces discomfort and within moments they responded, stating they would ship the first part of my order immediately and the rest as soon as they received it. I was very happy with this, mostly because they replied so promptly. We've all had orders go awry and been left waiting for responses, it's infuriating. I will definitely order from eChemists again.

One of the products wasn't the vanilla tea I ordered but black tea. They send me the right one and I could keep the wrong one too. Thumbs up!

not receiving all goods

Good shop and fast support. Has done a lot of orders and grief was not even once. It is a pity that no longer send perfumes in Russia.

I have ordered several times from eChemist.co.uk and this time I ordered some products for my 18th birthday. When I had payed I realised it was not sure that it would be here before my birthday, so I wrote to them, and they answered that they would do what was possible to make the shipping go fast. I retrived my items this morning 5 days before? It says 7-10 days to Denmark but it only took this weekend which is very satisfying! :-)

Good prices and free delivery with no minimum spend but in my experience not all items are in stock. If you make a multiple item order this can lead to some delay in your entire order. For that reason they lose a star. Customer service do let you know after a day or two that there will be a delay but I feel they should dispatch the in stock items. It's always worth checking the 'Despatched within X days' under 'Buy now' on your items. Still one of my favorite chemist sites.

to save the trouble chasing them for your order, do some more research on reviews about the company before you order something. i live in italy and i have ordered a month ago and still hasn't got my order. customer service is terrible and when i asked for a refund this is what they have answered:

If you have not yet received your parcel, we will have to wait 25 working days until we will be able to claim for the parcel and resend the parcel to you, unfortunately Royal Mail will not accept any claim before the 25 days are over.

Excellent customer service and communication and goods received as promised on time.

I live in Malaysia. I ordered a fragrance for my father's birthday. Only after a week (which is considered reasonable due to the long distance), it arrived safely without any scratch on it. Can't complaint more about it. I will definitely buy from them again.

I am usually quite reluctant to purchase anything online as I prefer to actually physically see what I'm buying. So last week I was out shopping and come across some great deals on Lancome anti-ageing products. Just before heading to the counter, I checked on my phone to see if there were any shops online who could beat the price. There were indeed a couple, but eChemist came up on top... and what's more with FREE DELIVERY!

So when I got home, I ordered the items from eChemist. The site was so clear and easy to use, and had a reassuring checkout section. I chose the free delivery option and my item was in my hands (and on my face!!) in a couple of days. There was a next day services available too for a little extra. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this superb company deserved one!

Appalling fulfilment ruins this site and I potential customers not to use it unless you want to wait weeks for your order to arrive and be fobbed off endlessly by their 'customer service' team telling you that "it will be there tomorrow". They seem to show goods as available and then order them in to satisfy your order. Then they blam 'supplier problems' for the delay. I would have thought that if it's howing as available on their website then it's in stock but apparently not. Seems to be run by a bunch of amateurs.
