I too ordered a City Block bed which took much longer to arrive than indicated after struggling for days to contact the seller asking them to confirm receipt of my order which turned out not to even be in in their system. When it did finally arrive, after being asked to contact the courier myself to ask of it's whereabouts, I was happy enough with the bed itself but it was also damaged! After sending an email advising them of the issue I surprisingly did receive a response requesting I supply a photo showing the damage which I done immediately but almost 6 weeks has now passed and following numerous emails asking them to kindly address the problem I have still have had no further response and now assume I won't bet getting one, therefore, I'm too left with a scratched bed and little option but to leave this negative review after being nothing but polite and patient throughout

Echo Furniture's customer care is pretty much non existent - please don't waste your time phoning either of their contact numbers because you are not likely to receive a response

i ordered a city block bed from echo furniture, the bed comes flat packed with and in two parcels. They arrived at different times one early morning and the other one in the afternoon,they suppose to be arriving at the same time, so i have to wait twice for delivery ,i wasted a whole day. not very convinient .The delivery date was also delayed. when the bed arrived it was damaged ,quite a lot of scuffs and marks.i called echo furniture to report the problem they said to send proof. I took photos and sent a couple of emails with the details.That was on monday it is friday today and i havent heard from any one is like they have desapeared , i phoned them and sent emails nowhere to be seen.Terrible customer service .i fear that i will be left with a damage bed as they are not responding. i won't use them again and do not recomend using them as my experience is been terrible.

Have had a lovely new Corner sofa from these guys.

Ordered a pair of Blush kid's beds and matching wardrobes, was really pleased to see that they were lower priced than any of the big retailers that I had checked and was even more pleased when they arrived the next day as promised.

Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I'm so impressed with my dealings with Echo - the item was delivered so quickly and, when I had a problem with it, I found the resolution came just as speedily. Great quality products too.

I've bought two separate items from Echo, both were handled really well. Slight problem with a lack of stock of one item (the particular line of furniture had ceased to be manufactured so low availability) was communicated really well and confirmation of the delivery was personally chased up. Great items aswell!
