Decent and reliable, but slow.
The site is easy to navigate, well made with a neat and professional layout, which makes it a pleasure to browse and shop. Having ordered a few times from ecigg now, I must admit, though, that their speed and customer support service is less than adequate. The first time, I received the goods two days after placing my order, quickly enough to give a really good impression, but the following times, the merchandise has been at least 4-6 days underway. Also, customer support is not what I had hoped. I called 4 times in a day, within service hours, and waited for 4-5 minutes every time while music was playing, until I finally got cut off - as if the support line had just hung up on me.
All in all, however, it has been an okay experience to shop at eciggshop, and while there is definitely a few issues every now and then, I am not afraid to recommend it to others. They have a reasonable selection and a professional-looking site with a good and intuitive layout... Could do with a better description of select stock, but that is a minor detail
