1958 Edsel parts are IMPOSSIBLE to come by. The Eckler sales support found a suitable Ford parts substitute for me.

Was not packaged well enough one corner of the product was bent.

They are nothing like the original emblems. CHEEP KNOKE OFF CRAP FROM CHINA?

Sent wrong part, this happens all the time when I order parts from your company and I have to send back repacking, taking it to the shipper to ship it back to you and then waiting to get the replacement part hoping it's right that time.

I ordered on-line because of Eckler's reputation and the company was recommended for their quality products. I have not received the order, however, have received an e-mail the item is shipped.

We called for help, and the man that spoke with us was so helpful.

I placed an order on 4/16/25 and was told the part was on back order. I contacted Eckler's numerous times to get a status update, each time I was told that they would have to follow up with the vendor on Friday and they would contact me with the update. There was never any follow up providing a ship date. This went on for 6 months until I finally cancelled the order on 11/26/25. Instead of issuing a refund they issued a store credit. I told them I wanted a refund; they said that they tried to refund the amount due back to PayPal and PayPal refused to take the refund. I asked them to send me a check, which they said they would do. I have contacted them several times since to get my refund and keep getting the run around. I called PayPal yesterday asking if there was a problem with accepting the refund and was told no, that they would process the refund. Once again, I called Eckler's and was told the same thing. I insisted on speaking to a manager and none were available; I was told that Nuno would call me back. A day later and still no phone call. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced and will never do business with company again.

Knowledgeable technical assistance was great

Easy to browse on-line catalog. There needs to be a way to add specific details about the vehicle I'm ordering parts for i.e. Leaf springs that are dropped shipped so the correct options can be added to the order information.

Very clear on product and good web site.

Personal touch with a call that came very quickly to answer a question

I was never told item was out of stock and thwas coming from an outside contractor. So far it has been 20 days and no info on when it might ship or arrive

Easy order their shipping will write a review after they've arrived plan to put the tinted lenses on them

Knowledgeable employee. Took the time to check on the part and also compared and double checked fitment.

They had the parts I needed at a great price.

The Best parts store in a world!!!!

Prices are outrageous. Quality is low unless you overspend. But the reason for my review is:

Their contests are fixed. How are winners announced hours before they're supposed to be drawn. This example is Mystery Prize 3. It was supposed to be drawn a 7pm eastern yet at 3pm Eastern it was already announced.

It's one of the many reasons I use other companies before Ecklers. Honesty doesn't live there.
