I wish I read the reviews before…

I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I purchased something online, then was emailed saying I owed them more money for "bank fees" (no word of warning to this was given prior to purchasing) as it was an international transaction. Then when I asked for a refund, they just stopped replying to my emails. And judging by other reviews, it seems like they do this to other customers too. It's not acceptable

Une expérience terrible

J'ai reçu mon produit normalement dans les délais prévus, en le commandant le 22 novembre et en le recevant le 3 décembre, mais il ne chargeait pas du tout. Lors de l'inspection, les fils du chargeur étaient endommagés, j'ai donc envoyé un message au vendeur, et il m'a envoyé un nouveau chargeur gratuitement - jusqu'ici tout va bien. Malheureusement, le nouveau chargeur n'a pas réussi à résoudre le problème, la seule conclusion était donc que le produit lui-même était défectueux. Malgré l'envoi de photos et de vidéos du défaut, le vendeur a ensuite tardé à répondre (en moyenne 3 jours par e-mail), et je n'ai pas envoyé d'étiquette d'affranchissement payée - lorsqu'on lui a demandé quelle méthode d'expédition je devais utiliser, il n'a pas répondu, se contentant de dire qu'il ne rembourserait pas les frais de port pour le renvoi du produit, contrairement à la législation européenne. Je dois maintenant réclamer mon argent via ma société de carte de crédit alors que cela aurait pu être facilement résolu avec des processus de service client simples et équitables, et il semble que d'autres aient eu des expériences similaires - quelle honte

A terrible experience

I received my product normally in the time expected, ordering on the 22nd November and receiving it on the 3rd December, but it would not charge at all. On inspection the charger wires were damaged so I messaged the seller, and he sent a new charger free of charge - so far so good. Unfortunately the new charger failed to fix the problem so the only conclusion was that the product itself as faulty. Despite me sending pictures and videos of the fault, the seller then became slow to respond (on average 3 days per email), and I would not send a paid postage label - when asked what shipping method I should use he did not answer, apart from saying he would not refund the postage for me sending the product back, contrary to EU law. I am now having to claim my money back via my credit card company when this could have easily have been solved with simple and fair customer service processes, and it looks like others have had similar experiences - what a shame

Not to do business with Eclats Antivols.

wired them money needed for electrical bag, they replied they need another 40 Euros for no explanation. I still sent it. This was 3 weeks ago. They are not replying to my emails. I Would never do business with this company again. I have all the receipts they sent me, I have submitted all photos to document, emails text messages, and bank wire's. Bottom line is that I payed them in full, and no response. I even tried to call there number on their website. I would wake up early to call due to time change, I called at least 6 times with no answer. Let’s see if they even respond! I wish you can show photos of my money wires, paid receipts, text messages from them. Do not do business with this company.
