Eclipse organized everything to make our Galapagos trip a wonderful, smooth experience that we are very grateful for! Flights, accommodation, tour guides and the amazing 12 days cruising the stunning Galápagos Islands. Our consultant Meike and the team were in constant contact and were there for anything we needed at any time with advice and help! We 100% recommend them and will definitely use them again for our future travel.

Great experience working with Tiffany at Eclipse Travel on our trip to Patagonia. She arranged great accommodations at the Eco Camp in Torres Del Paine National Park and Epic activities for my wife and I over the 56 days of our stay.

Our trip to Antarctica was just amazing!!! Every detail was taken care of. This made for a worry free holiday experience. The white continent was the most amazing experience. We were struck by the silence and beauty of this pristine environment. A rare and wonderful experience to be in a place not inhabited by humans.

We went to Chile and Argentina on a customized tour. We had a fantastic time. The local partners were very well organized and efficient. All transfers and pickups went like clockwork. The only time a route we were going to take was closed the company were onto it quickly to organize an alternative to get us to our next destination on time.
The one thing is that the tours organized for us came thick and fast. I would suggest that if takes all day getting from one location to another, (for example a long transit stop or long bus ride) be sure to ask for a free day to be inserted in the schedule for the next day.

Our tour was well-organised and went smoothly apart from a long flight delay on our departure from Sydney with LATAM. This delay meant we would miss our connecting flight from Santiago to buenos Aires but Eclipse helped us work out what to do about it.
Our Antarctica and South Georgia cruise with Swan Hellenic went very well. After that, Eclipse had organised our trip to Peru for 6 days and it all went very smoothly. Our guides and drivers were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it all. We recommend booking with Eclipse for their efficiency and attention to any problems that might occur.

Luke does a great job in building custom trips for us. He takes everything we want to see and do and puts it into a grade-A itinerary. Basically, he makes our vacation dreams a reality. He's very communicative (despite the 12 hour time difference), and the review and booking processes are super easy.

I cannot recommend Eclipse Travel highly enough. The level of service and communication has been outstanding, from the very first enquiry 18 months ago until now.
We have just returned from a trip to Antarctica and South America. Luke at Eclipse was able to tailor the perfect trip for us incorporating our “must see” destinations along with some suggestions drawn from his own travel experiences in South America.
The standard of accommodation, knowledgeable guides, excellent drivers and reliable timetabling made our trip the perfect combination of adventure and comfort. Our expedition cruise on SH Vega to the Antarctic Peninsula and Weddell Sea somehow exceeded our expectations, it was an unforgettable experience. We would not hesitate to engage Eclipse Travel to organise a future trip for us.

The communication prior to my trip was excellent. Luke was very helpful. The pre-trip information was comprehensive. The tour itself was amazing. Edmond was fantastic and made sure that everything ran smoothly. I was so concerned thatI would struggle with the Trek to see the Mountains Gorillas but everyone went out of their way to make sure that I had a fabulous experience

We were disappointed with our experience of Eclipse travel. In hindsight the itinerary could have been much better organised and I don't think our organiser took enough notice of our wishes. Getting up at 2am for a 5am flight isn't much fun, especially when there were later flights available.
Once we had paid the money we became invisible.
Luckily the local partners Neptuno and Mayan Sky provided a much better level of service.
