Used to have good experiences with ECLO2 for a few years. Recently I ordered two sets of CLO2, one of 50ml and another one of 30ml. Sadly either they didn't sent my whole order or the Royal Mail messed up with it. In the end, I only got half of the product and since no HCL arrived I can't activate either the 50ml nor the 30ml. I wrote to ECLO2 and they took several days to reply to me. When I shared my case, they told me they will fill out a form for compensation from the Royal Mail. I couldn't do it myself as they ask where was it sent from, what type of postage, the business account post office number, etc. They said in the meantime they will send the missing items and they never arrived and never answered back any of my emails. Sadly a good company from where I bought products for years won't care anymore for their clients. Please look for the substances elsewhere, so you won't loose your money and waste your time.

activator bottle arrived broken and empty. It took a little time for them to respond. As soon as they did they promptly sent out a new activator bottle.

I ordered a product from their site, but no information was provided that it was sent, and no replies to any of my emails or messages, it's extremely difficult to get a hold of them.

There was a delay to order due to Royal Mail but did get products in the end - slow to respond to customer service but they do eventually - the chat on the website was responded to but not immediately. Products are amazing

I made an order on 6th of June 2023.
Today is 6 July 2023 and iv not got a reply from several mails sent to this company.
After making an order worth about 100 Pounds which doesnt include shipping cost.
No mails replied. No order received.
This is crazy

My new findings as i sent another email to the company and got a blank reply to note that the domain is no more. Scrambled and no longer active on the internet. Eco2.co.uk. there is room here to out a screenshot unfortunately

BE CAREFULL
First time ordered products came no problem at all.

Second order what was a large order still not delivered been two weeks no replies to emails can't get in touch after numerous attempts

I have ordered items from this company twice. On the first occasion they delivered the items. On this second occasion despite numerous emails I have had no responses to my queries, no explanations provided nor updates, and above all no goods have been delivered since placing my order in April. No return of my money. Very hard to get hold of anyone within the company. Advised caution when considering purchasing from this company on subsequent orders as this would seem to be their Modus Operandi in my experience.
