Last year I purchased an ECO-WORTHY Portable 12V Lithium Battery, 12.8V 20Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate DEEP CYCLE BATTERY.
I use it to power a winch I use to lift heavy logs onto a log splitter.
I used it for 6 months without issue but this spring it would not work or take a charge. Contacted the company and after a few logical questions they replaced it free.

I won a free 12v 120w solar panel from this company, which I am thrilled about, and also very grateful for.
The customer service/support was very helpful and friendly.
It seems like a very good company - one which strives to stay abreast of current trends and also one which listens to the needs and thoughts of its customers.

I had a problem with a 100Ah lithium battery. After a quick check with the EcoWorty service center, given that a repair was impossible, they immediately replaced it. A heartfelt thank you to EcoWorty's customer service team, who proved to be efficient and helpful.

They promptly provide the response to my email request.

Just installed a backup system with 2 cubic 100 and 5k inverter. Easy hookups but be careful to look under all of shipped boxes for documents.

Had a faulty charger sent and got a response from support within 10 minutes confirming delivery address for a replacement, replacement arrived 2 days later and now all working.

I am very satisfied with the after-sales service. A 100 Ah LiFePO4 battery was no longer charging. A test was carried out at the request of customer service, and a new battery was shipped to me without delay.

The warranty registration is impossible. Contacted someone, who told me I didn't have to register. The why even have the registration info in the box. Also they are not helpful at all when there is an issue. Told me to reach out the platform where I bought it.
